This position will support our growing industrial water practice and will lead planning, design, and construction projects for our local and national private/industrial water clients. You will have opportunities to support both municipal and industrial water projects with the chance to chart your own career. Each project will provide career opportunities while delivering transformative projects for our clients. Our private/industrial water portfolio includes data centers, manufacturing, power, mining, food and beverage, landfill leachate, and others. This position will lead teams of technical engineers and staff, help shape organizational strategy, serve as a key client representative, and delivery innovative solutions to our clients. * Bachelor's Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering, or related field.
* At least 8 years of consulting experience with industrial water and wastewater clients
* Experience delivering industrial and municipal planning and design projects
* Demonstrated understanding of process mechanical designs, water and wastewater unit processes and technologies, master planning and condition assessments
* Willingness to learn Jacobs' proprietary tools
* Experience mentoring and coaching other engineers
* Experience managing deliverables to scope, schedule and budget

* Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain reciprocity, in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct and control project-planning and performance activities for effective management of electronic security installation. Projects include, but are not limited to, all aspects of systems scheduling, field installation, commissioning QC/QA and financial success. Responsible for overall project budget management, project surveys, material procurement, project implementation and inspection scheduling. **RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Maintain an active and thoughtful communication pattern with vendors, internal and external customers while balancing time versus profits to make sure efforts reflect and anticipated return (revenue, growth and customer retention)
+ Consistently and effectively determine, allocate, and maximize available resources through project planning to ensure the achievement of sales and project management objectives
+ Establish and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive practices as they relate to multiple markets
+ Implements changes in project, contract price and installation plans to include the estimation, development and submission of Change Orders
+ Support company's invoicing and collection efforts by not only ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met initially, but by ensuring all invoicing is completed accurately and on time by aggressively monitoring the reports in ERP System and following up with customers management and customers on a consistent basis
+ Manage Project budget and project P&L responsibility
+ Prepares the project installation plan, determines goals, manages the plan, prepares and implements job procedures
+ Maintains construction schedules and coordinates task-scheduling with other trades
+ Maintains all records of job status, job changes and material flow
+ Defines project problems by working with financial, contract management and management tools to assure project profitability
+ Plans and schedules engineering, installation and subcontracting activities
+ Supervise installation labor and sub-contractors
+ Prioritize team workload to ensure quality results are delivered on time and within budget
+ Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate management and resources as needed to mitigate impacts

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
+ At least six years of project management experience, electronic security industry experience is preferred
+ A proven track record and verified references relating to the ability to manager 4+ Million Dollar projects to schedule and budget.
+ Expert knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
+ PMP from the Project Management Institute, preferred.
+ Ability to work independently, and perform tasks of moderate to high complexity, which requires knowledge of technical and business environments.
+ Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms is a plus (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.).
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint).
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers

The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities include the coordination and monitoring of project deliverables, schedule and scope. Also oversees all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments and risk management along with summarizing project status.
Your Role:

+ Applies appropriate project management standards
+ Oversees various types of mid-to large-scale digital projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality
+ Plans and monitors project artifacts through the creation, development, review and approval process
+ Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, which includes regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with the client
+ Manages all change requests, validates the budget/schedule impacts, and communicates approved changes to all team members
+ Actively partners with clients and client engagement teams to identify new opportunities which address critical business needs
+ Manages forecasts, financials and profitability and corresponding reporting within projects
+ Actively partners with Account Management on scoping and pricing new opportunities
+ Develops, implements and maintains overall processes and procedures driving greater efficiencies and quality of work
+ Works with program management (if the project is part of a program) and related projects to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
+ Monitors overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
+ Ensures project is compliant with all Accenture security standards
+ Maintains an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
+ Identifies and obtains support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
+ Conducts project evaluation review to assess how well the project was managed
+ Works with Legal and Finance to define Contracts (SOWs), Assists with MSA and NDA development
Basic Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Project Management with expertise with various project delivery best practice methods, including, but not limited to waterfall, agile, and scrum
+ 3+ years of experience planning and executing digital projects including web, applications, content, social, campaign, and CRM projects
