This is a high-visibility, long-term opportunity to contribute to a digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing core business processes, enabling digital manufacturing, and optimizing the global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and project management over one or more dedicated SAP workstreams (e.g., Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Data/MDG, Logistics, and Warehouse Management)
- Partner closely with systems integrator teams and internal business/IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project execution, including risk mitigation, resource coordination, and status reporting
- Ensure milestones and objectives are met within defined parameters of time, budget, and quality
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects within complex enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in hands-on functional areas such as RTR, OTC/Vistex, STP, MDG, LE/WM, or EWM.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and third-party integrator relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE is strongly preferred

A client of ours is seeking to add a Technical Project Manager to assist with M&A related activities which includes the moving of facilities, closing of facilities, opening of new sites, merging of organizations, etc. for their site locations across the globe in addition to assisting with network refresh projects. This is a 6-month CTH. The expectation is that this person is comfortable with domestic and global travel (EMEA & APAC) up to 1x per month for up to a week at a time. They handle all M&A related work in phased approach which consists of Security Assessment, O365/Email Migration, replacing all Network Infrastructure including bringing up to the clients standard followed by project close out. The expectation is for this person to wear multiple hats and manage each phase outlined above from a PM perspective.
The consultant / PM should have a CCNA knowledge base around Cisco Networking/Telephony and can assess new site plans against their standards set forth by their Architecture team. For example, the PM will play a critical part in assessing off-brand HW, determining what needs to be replaced at each site location, partake in on-site cut-overs including racking of hardware and cabling up new devices. A season Technical Project Manager with a strong experience in Cisco Networking at the CCNA level is appropriate, however, no prior M&A specific experience is required (nice to have).
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage IT acquisition and divestiture initiatives related to integration and/or separation of IT infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, networks, servers, PC's, telecommunications, Citrix, Email, Active Directory, 3rd party hosting.
- Lead project meetings for technical IT teams in projects and tasks for IT initiatives. Coordinate meetings, meeting minutes, project task lists and tracking through project milestones and task completion.
- Align with IT business units and associated individuals from other companies as appropriate to plan and schedule IT tasks associated to successful acquisition and divestiture projects.
- Provide project management support during weekday and weekend implementation tasks, and hyper care support process for IT implementation tasks.
- Be able to produce and maintain status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, milestones and other documents as part of project delivery.
- Maintain and drive closure of open risks, issues, and action item (registers)
- Provides primary communication point for all IT components and be point of escalation with other project managers and sponsors.
- Escalate plan slippage and/or resource constraints to the leadership
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously, some on a global scale.
- Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and upper management on a daily basis
- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up

- MCSACCNA certifications or equivalent in either networking or system administration.

What You Will Do
- Partner to Product Manager: Ensure Molex key technology projects seamlessly support our customer's finished good project deliverables through close collaboration and effective communication with our customer.
- Project Team Leader: Simultaneously lead multiple New Product Development projects for customer specific and general market projects.
- Develop internal & external facing Project Charters that clearly articulate project strategy, scope, financials, and schedule.
- Own Project Reporting communication to both Management and Customers.
- Perform the Project Management function: Manage Project Change Control and Decision Documentation.
- Lead Project Plan development, management, and closure (transfer to production owner).
- Own and develop Macro Project Schedules and understand and hold accountable Functional Team Members supporting Micro Schedules.
- Lead and mentor team members in project management principles, PDP processes, risk management, issue resolution, decision making, etc.
- Proactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize Project Risks associated with Cost, Quality, and/or Timing that could negatively affect Project Plan achievement.
- Work with Suppliers: Ensure that they meet Molex's expectation for timing, cost and quality in support of the Project Plan
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management or related field
- Experience leading projects with Product Development
- At least 4 years of Project Management experience
- Experience with customer-facing roles or external executive-facing experience
- Experience leading multi-national teams
- Experience in matrix environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%-25% of time
- Ability to work mornings and evenings to accommodate global meetings
- Ability to obtain PMP certification within 1 year
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
