Schedule: onsite 5 days a week

On Call Schedule: This position maintains on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for all critical infrastructure we are responsible for within the company. This entails one week of a secondary support role and one week of a primary support role once every 6-8 weeks.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the efficient provisioning, configuration, operation, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure. This role ensures that all systems—including hardware, operating systems, applications, and associated procedures—align with the organization's standards and values. Key technologies supported include, but are not limited to, VMware, Microsoft Windows Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, IIS, Cohesity, System Center, and various third-party platforms.

Needs:

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Under the direction of the Director of Consultive Engineering, the TOS Lead Consulting Engineer (SysAdmin ) is responsible for driving proactive IT solutions and strategies while overseeing complex technical escalations for clients. This role focuses primarily on proactive workstreams, including client audits, technology roadmaps, and best practice implementation while also handling high-level reactive technical issues. The TOS Lead Consulting Engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure client satisfaction, minimize service disruptions, and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
