The Technical Service Manager oversees multiple projects with both on-site and off-shore teams. They oversee project health, manage the team and stakeholders, and lead efforts to improve program performance and customer experience. Key to the success in this role is an ability to work across teams, both internally and externally and align solutions toward customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing effective service strategies and operational policies to enhance performance and reliability.
- Assisting release management processes, serving as a key liaison between development and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution.
- Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain service quality and accountability.
- Working on application integration projects, MuleSoft, contributing to seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
- Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (e.g., burndown charts)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in technical integration roles, including 2+ years in a leadership position
- Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps)
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus
- Hands-on experience in system integration, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps methodologies, and industry-standard development best practices.

**THE ROLE**
**In this role you will be responsible for:**
+ _Lead the Coty Hunt Valley Technical Organization through its daily and strategic maintenance activities to meet and exceed the departments safety, quality, efficiency, production volume and cost objectives_
+ _Lead and develop a team of hourly technicians charged with maintenance, optimization, and upgrade of existing manufacturing equipment to achieve plants manufacturing goals while fostering a team environment_
+ _Support operation and maintenance of manufacturing systems and automation equipment to meet goals of the plant and business_
+ _Overall PM ownership ensuring accuracy, optimization, and completion_
+ _Participates in the purchase and install, start-up and validation of new equipment and/or processes as required to meet product specifications, requirements, and manufacturing expectations_
+ _Responsible for planning scheduled and performing un-scheduled maintenance for existing and new manufacturing equipment and processes in a manufacturing department_
+ _Responsible for the production maintenance budget; designs, recommends, and implements cost reduction projects within the scope of annual plant targeted goals_
+ _Lead, manage, and develop all production maintenance team members in the Hunt Valley Plant to form a sustainable succession plan while reducing equipment maintenance and developing skill proficiencies_
**QUALIFICATIONS**

**_Essential:_**
+ _HS Diploma or equivalent required, BS degree in Engineering or related field is preferred_
+ _10+ years of experience in FMCG company (food, beauty, etc.), Ideally experience in processing and packaging equipment_
+ _Experience with factory automation equipment design, operation, and maintenance, preferably in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment_
+ _Demonstrated Root cause analysis experience required_
**_Desirable:_**
+ _5+ years leadership experience over maintenance or engineering group supporting a manufacturing organization is preferred_
+ _Broad knowledge of high-performance manufacturing, FDA regulatory requirements, validation concepts and techniques, standard cost accounting preferred_
+ _Zero based budgeting experience preferred_
+ _Experience with lean manufacturing, six sigma, and category management is desirable along with MRP and production order transaction maintenance experience using SAP_

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $151,500 to $46,000.
