Your qualifications and skills

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as our in-house ERP expert—your insights and ideas will directly shape how our business runs.
• Partner with teams in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service to improve processes and solve real-world challenges.
• Design and build customizations, reports, and system extensions in D365 BC using AL.
• Support and continuously improve our ERP environment post-implementation—this is where your impact begins, not ends.

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

The Technology Solution Implementation Professional 2 gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. • Lead cross-functional testing groups through the process of developing test strategies, executing test cases, and gaining sign off at each stage of a release

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Position Summary

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-level initiatives by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. This role will lead efforts to understand, analyze, and document complex business requirements and ensure that they are translated into high-quality technical solutions. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams to influence solution design, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide business analysis practices on large-scale, cross-team initiatives. This includes understanding the impact of proposed solutions holistically, developing use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the IT team, and contributing a business or process perspective during design reviews. The role will be responsible for delivering various project related artifacts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. The role will assist the Software Quality Team to ensure that documented requirements can be easily translated into test cases and ensure that the testing process covers all identified scenarios. The role will assist in the triaging defects and bugs related to assigned projects in a timely manner considering project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements for high-impact, complex initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between the Business, Architecture, Development and Testing teams throughout the project life cycle.

• Identify, assess, and document business requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and costs.

• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation.

• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to ensure business needs are reflected in technical designs.
