We're currently looking for a Full Stack Java software engineer to participate in a new program implementation - RebateArc. Do you have a financial/IT background in invoicing and reporting along with Kafka, Kubernetes, and knowledge of GCP cloud? This might be the role for you!
As a Full Stack Java engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying and maintaining technology solutions. You will also be analyzing, designing and developing tests and test-automation. You will be asked to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design

Analyze, design and develop tests and test-automation suites

Use test driven development in an agile environment

Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline for technology solutions

Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutions

Education & Experience

The Software Engineer Principal IT is responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases. This position is responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, support and architecture of existing systems and platforms. This position provides thought leadership and champions software architecture, software engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases
+ Responsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platforms
+ Provide thought leadership and champion software engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices
+ Participate in staffing plans to identify subject matter experts (SMEs) and provide feedback for staff performance reviews
+ Own technology solutions within area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap communication of overall health and future sustainability
+ Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure and Security to ensure excellence in solution design and evolution of systems architecture

**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
+ 8 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development or package software implementations
