We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect, AI Solutions with a strong focus on AI and agentic enablement to join our growing team in North America. Reporting to the Head of Partner Enablement & Solutions , this role is pivotal in empowering our partners to build, sell, and deliver next-generation AI and agent-based automation solutions.
Critical roles you will assume:
- Enabling our partner ecosystem through strategic training, assets, and guidance to help them confidently position and implement Workato's AI and Agentic capabilities.
- Supporting partners during pre-sales and post-sales engagements , acting as a trusted advisor in solutioning, architecture, and best practices to drive successful customer outcomes.
As a champion for partner success, you will drive thought leadership, provide technical guidance, and scale adoption of Workato's platform across our strategic alliances. You will also collaborate closely with our Product Management and AI team to provide feedback from the field, helping shape the direction of our AI offerings.
As a Partner Solution Architect, AI Solutions, within the Global Partner Enablement & Solutions Team, your primary focus will be empowering partners in North America . Additionally, you will support the scaling of our strategic partners on AI and Agentic initiatives globally , helping them deliver transformative solutions across industries in both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our key partners-including consulting firms, system integrators -to enable them to architect, design, and implement innovative, AI-powered and agentic solutions that address complex business challenges and drive automation at scale. You will also be responsible to:
- Build strong relationships with key partner technologists and technology leaders across NA.
- Enable, train, and support partners on Workato's Agentic and Agentic Apps capabilities, best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Execute architectural workshops, enablement sessions, hands-on engagements, PoCs, and demos that showcase Workato's AI and agentic use cases.
- Support partners during the implementation phase for strategic accounts, providing technical oversight, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-driven projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
- Demonstrated success as an AI Engineer, with a portfolio showcasing impactful machine learning or AI-driven projects.
- 6-10 years of experience in partner enablement or solutioning within a SaaS or iPaaS environment.
- Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and direct experience in developing or supporting chat-based AI applications.
- In-depth understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, function calling, chain-of-thought reasoning , and other advanced techniques for optimizing LLM behavior and performance.
- Hands-on experience working with any one of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, etc with a proficiency in using APIs would be preferred rather than just front-end chat interfaces like ChatGPT or Claude.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

We're looking for a Connected Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Team in Peachtree City, GA . This role is dynamic and provides extensive exposure across multiple fronts of our business. You will play a key role in growing sales in our smart street lighting sector by acting as a liaison between the customer and our sales support teams. You will be responsible for managing complete system solutions applications from bid state through the commissioning process. You will coordinate complete bid packages inclusive of RFP responses, device layouts, and pricing. You will act as technical and post-sales support stepping all projects through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Request for Proposals to provide a customized connected systems solution based on project requirements
- Coordinate project specific device placement drawings based on project control/design intent
- Manage the pre-sales and post-sales activity for the North American region, acting as the liaison between the regional sales team and NA marketing, engineering, and sales support teams.
- Assist with the luminaire selection, lighting requirements, electrical systems, recommending fixtures and controls to the customer based on project specifications and requirements.
- Follow up with Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product Marketing and Project Management to help ensure accurate and timely procurement of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or related discipline from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of solutions architecture, sales engineering or field engineering experience
- 3+ years lighting control systems experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience reading electrical drawings and lighting and control bid documents
- Proficient in MicroSoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently and a strong technical aptitude and learning agile
