About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you will be a critical member of DaVita's Talent Acquisition team, driving innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent for our clinics within DaVita Kidney Care. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze labor market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability to shape sourcing strategies.

  • Proactively source nursing and clinical talent through diverse channels (databases, associations, diversity networks, referrals, phone research, and social platforms).

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, lists, and maps to support immediate and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sourcing, research, or talent identification experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Proven experience with enterprise-level ATS/CRM systems to build and manage pipelines.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply labor market data.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Previous experience sourcing clinical talent and/or working in executive search or recruiting agencies preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

  • Experience with Phenom is a strong plus.

+    Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar).

The typical pay range for this role is $71,000 - $88,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Unicorn Hunter - Sourcing, engaging, and hiring talent:

  • Acting as the main point of contact to our external temp agency, which includes coordinating temp interviews, converting them to permanent employees as needed, and entering purchase order requests

    Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Candidate Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top legal talent to join our firm, and developing tailored sourcing strategies for niche and competitive markets. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our firm's goals and values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and requirements for various legal positions across markets.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    • Manage early candidate funnel by conducting initial contact to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the firm as needed.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Engage with passive candidates and nurture relationships to create a strong network of legal professionals.
    • Partner with Communications and Marketing departments to design targeted messaging outreach, provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform hiring strategies and develop communication campaigns to engage with passive candidatesStay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing
    • Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking events.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system; report on pipeline health and progress

    Qualifications/Skills Required

    3+ years of agency or in-house sourcing experience with proven success building pipelines for niche roles.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably within the legal industry.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Strong understanding of legal roles and qualifications preferred.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented
    • High level of proactiveness, professionalism and confidentiality.
    Educational Requirements

    For New York City Metro area, the expected salary range for this position is between $40.00/hour and $48.00/ hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities include working with Talent Acquisition team members to create and implement constructive sourcing strategies and collaborating with Recruiters and Hospital Leadership to ensure sourcing strategies are up-to-date and effective.


    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Identifies external candidates for vacant positions as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media.
    • Represents and promotes OUH to passive candidates through a high-touch, career-advisory role.
    • Serves as sourcing specialist on best practices and recruiting to clients and peers. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the areas of recruiting and Healthcare by reading and attending professional development activities including webinars and professional association meetings. Continually researches and evaluates external marketplace and maintains ongoing awareness of business environment.
    • Responsible for sourcing Leadership and high-priority positions as assigned.
    • Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers and/or TA team members to identify expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates. Has business and financial acumen to understand and tailor activities to meet the business' overall objectives.
    • Utilizes social media and other platforms to market job opportunities and source for passive candidates.
    • Establishes and foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and referral sources. Creates, manages, and maintains reportable data regarding talent pools.
    • Posts jobs through external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
    • Attends career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities regularly on behalf of the TA Team. Maintains memberships in and rapport with professional associations.
    • Researches and contacts potential candidates on social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and professional networks to engage active/passive talent pipeline.
    • Stays up to date on EEO and OFCCP laws and regulations.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree required.

    Experience: Five (5) years of recruiting experience required, including sourcing. Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.

    License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or other approved relevant certification at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months of hire.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure.
