Job Description
Our client is hiring a Desktop Technician for a 7-9 month contract to support a project. They will be doing a Refresh of the TC scanners & IPADS which will require the technicians to first perform a site assessments at the primary Hospitals and 120 outpatient facilities. They will need to take inventory of hardware assets and assess what hardware will need to be phased out and upgraded. Once the Site assessments are completed the team will then begin to deploy new hardware throughout the hospitals. A key component to this position will be the ability to document and track assets in an organized fashion via Microsoft Excel. The deployment will require technicians to perform standard hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution to laptops printers, mobile devices, and other medical equipment. Technicians will also need to have prior knowledge and experience mapping printers and drivers to new devices for end users.

- Maintain the laboratory facility and equipment; ensure the safety and cleanliness of work areas and equipment. Perform monthly facility and equipment maintenance.
- Perform advanced microbiological, molecular, and immunological techniques.

Job Summary
The Employee shall provide support to the Project Implementation Team (PIT) Branch with laboratory experiments in BSL-2, BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratories and shall work with controlled substances. - Employee shall support 1-5 Non-human Primate studies and 10-20 rodent studies per year in BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 laboratories.
- Employee shall perform inoculations with virus, vaccine, or applicable testing material, collect tissues for processing and conduct blood sample collection and sample processing.
- Employee shall perform in vitro testing of candidate vaccines and therapeutic compounds against a variety of viruses.
- Employee shall prepare all necessary study materials for assigned experiments to include but not limited to preparing cell culture media, labeling tubes, and preparing paperwork.
- Employee shall perform immunological procedures including enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and Western Blot assays.
- Employee shall perform basic cell culture, plaque assays (PA), plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT), PCR, and other assays to support NHP and rodent studies.
- Employee shall perform general laboratory maintenance duties, including but not limited to cleaning, preparation for inspections, and containment space monthly duties as assigned by the suite supervisor.
- Employee shall perform other administrative tasks associated with NHP and rodent studies, including but not limited to raw data quality control review, data entry, binder compilation, and binder management as directed.
- Employee shall assist with inventory management of in vivo and in vitro study materials and samples.

- Employee shall be responsible for assessment, ordering, inventory, and maintaining supplies used for in vivo and in vitro studies. Shall assess supplies and shall order supplies using GFEBS ordering system as directed. Anticipated workload is 25-30 orders/monthly.

The salary range (or hiring range ) for this exempt position has been established at:$69,000 - $75,000 .
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities:
- Perform required lab work required to fulfil the experimental design for biomarker verification as determined in collaboration with the respective project PI in a BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 environment. Perform experiments at BSL-2, BSL-3, and BSL-4 as required by the experimental design and respective organisms. CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required in support of the diagnostic mission
- Perform work on microphysiological systems, next generation sequencing, Nanostring immunological and inflammatory panels, Luminex-based platforms, miRNA quantification, as well as other molecular diagnostic techniques.
- Conduct experiments for detection of etiologic agents within animal and clinical samples.
- Perform laboratory work requiring expertise in small animal handling with associative trainings completed.
- Assist the PIs in preparation of standard operating procedures, technical reports and manuscripts for publication
- Perform laboratory work required to fulfil experimental designs for novel sample collection/concentration/processing to include Nanotrap Concentration, and DNA/mRNA purification from both NHP and Human clinical matrices.
- Protocols and data generated will be presented at weekly meetings.
- The number of reports, data, and SOPs required will vary per year depending on the number of funded projects available, but the typical workload is facilitating research on 3-6 projects per year. Employee will contribute to the Biomarker Quarterly and Annual Reports for associative projects and protocols. Provide the TPOC Biomarker data and SOPs for responsible projects NLT the last workday of each month as required.
- BPRP enrollment is required and will be held and maintained IAW the provisions in this contract and all applicable regulations.

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way: incoming phone calls and e-mails from car wash owners, operators, and management needing technical support, configuration changes, or training on their products.

Resolves cases representing technical requests from our customers troubleshoots technical and process issues.

Takes Notes in Salesforce detailing steps and processes taken on every interaction.

The base compensation range for this position is $17.84 to $4.28 per hour. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
For this specific role, you may be eligible for overtime in accordance with state laws. Overtime hours are not guaranteed.
