Leadership & Strategic Alignment:
+ Direct and oversee CBG workstream check-ins, ensuring initiatives align with transformative corporate objectives and approved forecasts.

+ Introduce SWAT teams early in strategic initiatives to grasp project "whys" and create actionable project plans.

Program & Financial Management:

+ Coordinate business case development to ensure consistent savings assumptions, baseline validations, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Manage critical project reporting (systems TBD), ensuring operational execution aligns with planned financial projections.
+ Conduct dependency checks to avoid inefficiencies or delays caused by process gaps.
Governance & Reporting:
+ Manage Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions (RAID) logs across initiatives to mitigate derailments, escalating significant risks where necessary.
+ Develop and execute structured and empathetic communication protocols tailored for leadership progress, project barriers, and financial attainment updates.
+ Use governance frameworks designed not only for strategic productivity goals but also for minimizing business disruption.
+ Directly address project detractors by reallocating roles where inefficiencies arise, streamlining process improvements.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Champion integration of change management systems and best practices into CBG projects.
+ Conduct quarterly pulse surveys (leveraging tools like 3M Navigator) to assess and act upon team feedback effectively.
+ Model and publicly recognize desired behavior shifts to drive change adoption.
+ Offer structured support to leaders and teams during challenging transitions, recognizing the emotional and operational impact of organizational evolution.
+ Collaborate with HR/Finance/Legal and other integral partners to deliver objectives while minimizing service disruptions during plan evolution.
Enablement & Tools:
+ Define with HR and finance specific tools (headcount file, financial tracking file) to monitor, measure, and optimize project outcomes.
+ Prioritize upskilling teammates for career advancements that align with visionary goals.
+ Continuously refine project methodologies and train stakeholders in effective implementation practices.

**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
+ Ten (10) years of project leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment

**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Project Lead - Manufacturing Systems provides leadership focus on projects to implement new and/or significant changes to both domestic and international manufacturing facilities and/or processes at Polaris focused on critical IT manufacturing systems. Many of these manufacturing systems are in the Operational Technology (OT), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for manufacturing, Bill of Process (BOP), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) spaces. This role defines the strategic direction for critical manufacturing system initiatives company-wide along with leading the replication and implementation of related best practices at new and existing manufacturing facilities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Lead multifaceted teams responsible to successfully implement new and/or significant changes to IT manufacturing systems and related processes at manufacturing facilities.
+ Develop processes, procedures, equipment, best practices, and strategy for manufacturing systems at Polaris.
+ Provide technical guidance and make appropriate decisions to enable project success.
+ Define and manage the project budget.
+ Define and manage project plans ensuring that key milestones, metrics, and dates are met.
+ Setup reoccurring reviews to monitor progress, achieve results, and enable communication within all levels of the organization.
+ Ensure manufacturing best practices and processes are utilized and implemented on project(s).
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in an engineering related field such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
+ Minimum 2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to the completion of projects.
+ Previous experience with managing large and complex projects.
+ Strong organizational, communication (written, verbal, presentation), leadership and project management skills.

**The starting pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $98,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. **Mission**
The Site project portfolio Leader will support , mentor and manage the Swiftwater portfolio management team within Swiftwater Strategy and Portfolio function . The position is responsible to meet site CAPEX/OPEX and reporting metric . The leader will ensure the project portfolio and project resources are aligned with the objectives of applicable Site critical business needs, Shine and M&S vaccines quality metrics,, on time delivery of performance metrics reporting. The position coaches and mentors the team to deliver the expected performance. This is a critical role in the overall Site portfolio management of the projects and coordination with all functions supporting projects.
The role is heavily matrixed and critical to maintain project KPI's , budget, schedule and effective use of resources by anticipating gaps, mis-alignment and providing feedback to the management, teams and escalate to next level of governance as required. The person must interact and foster collaborative relationships with project leaders, work stream controllers, workstream leaders / project team, Swiftwater M&S Finance, M&S Finance from Corporate and other sites, site leadership, global PM, and the leadership from external partners.
The person will also be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, such as M&S Project Management Guidebook training, SHINE management / administration, and resource capacity & demand forecasting. Collect, analyze, and control Site CAPEX and OPEX budget overseeing the progress of objectives, milestones, and pipeline advancements.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Manage , coach, mentor. and address issues of the portfolio management team, Lead cross-functional and end-to-end planning and execution of site CAPEX/OPEX in order to facilitate and support schedules, budgets, communications, and project risks. + Collect, enter, and maintain / update all information (budgets, schedules, resources) from workstreams in SHINE (as needed).
+ Coordinate the cross-functional project teams on budgets and schedules to ensure they are up to date by reporting true and faithful status of the project. Ensure timely and consistent planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting on budgets and timelines to enable business decision making.
+ Consolidate, monitor, challenge, and ensure reforecasts with project team members: budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
+ Provide project teams, PM management, steering committees, site leadership, and global leadership with consolidated financial and timeline information (forecasts and actuals). Define project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure and report project progress to the project team, PM management, steering committees, site leadership, and global leadership. Perform financial and business analyses, as / when needed, either on project or operational matters and report / explain variances versus target.
+ When scope change is required (by the Steering Committee or other drivers), prepare and coordinate the necessary elements supporting the decision making by site and global governance committees - with focus on financial and regulatory impact. Ensure the follow-up and communication of project scope changes and execution changes.
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement, such as timeline acceleration while balancing cost and without compromising on quality. Support the project team on implementing improvement opportunities. Communicate lessons learned across the corporate project management function.
+ Organize and manage project steering committee meetings and other meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support PMF in applying the Project Management Guidebook and Sanofi Pasteur project management standards and best practices. Lead initiatives to improve / enhance the project management practice across Swiftwater VIA. In-scope areas would include, but not limited to, VIA Project Management Guidebook training, SHINE management / administration for project, and initiatives on project management best practices for resource forecasting, scheduling, and ways-of-working. 30%

- Ability and experience communicating directly with a client director of security enforcing a strong presence, recommending proactive measures in a security environment for the ultimate success of keeping the client safe.
- Pass pre-employment background investigation.

- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Possess a valid and current driver license
- Possess a valid U.S Passport
- Possess a valid California BSIS issued Guard Card and exposed firearm permit.
- Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).
- Must possess excellent communication skills; written and verb
- Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, securetransportation.

- Fast learner, possess the ability to jump into an opportunity and lead from the front.
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
- The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, and CPR certification
