Description
We are seeking a System Administrator to provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for Information Technology (IT) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in troubleshooting, operations, and configuration, with proven experience managing IT infrastructure across UNIX and Windows environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure the reliability, performance, and integrity of client/server, storage, network, and mobile systems.
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- Support escalation processes and communicate status to agency management and internal customers
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Support dispatch system operations and resolve hardware-related issues
- Troubleshoot IT systems with in-depth technical expertise
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, network configuration, and performance enhancements
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

What You'll Do:
The Troubleshooting Electrician position is responsible for providing electrical system support, including complex troubleshooting, facilitating engineering changes, testing electrical functions, and more, for the company's various product lines including our specialty utility vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and solve complex electrical problems
Install new vehicle wiring systems
Install missing components
Electrical troubleshooting
Eliminate any potential defects based on write-ups and self-inspection
Assist with major reworks and projects
Document and report electrical defects
Lead resolution of electrical defects and reworks
Interact with Electrical Engineering on current manufacturing issues
Maintain electrical documentation for shop floor applications
Perform function tests
Lead quality, cost, and productivity improvement efforts
Support manufacturing and OEM service
Learn and retain skills and practices needed to complete duties in assigned area
Read and follow detailed operator instructions, installation drawings, blueprints, etc.
Perform rework, as needed
Self-check work and inspect prior processes
Use basic hand, electric, cordless, and pneumatic tools, as required
Meet production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Initiate process improvements
Support 5S in work area
Communicate with manufacturing and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Work in close proximity with customer, as needed
Solve complex problems with minimal assistance
What You Need To Be Successful:
Qualifications:
2-3 years proven work experience as an Auto Electrician
Formal schooling and training on automotive electrical systems and electronics preferred
Auto electrical qualification certificate preferred
Able to read blue prints
12 volt electrical experience
Strong and consistent attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
Positive attitude and team oriented
Basic computer skills are required
Experience using schematics, electrical diagnostic equipment, and applicable computer equipment
Knowledge of basic automotive wiring theory and application

Position Summary: The Test & Troubleshooting Technicians’ primary duty is to test finished PCBA and perform component level troubleshooting to identify the failed electronic component.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to interpret Assembly Drawings, Work Instructions and PCBA Schematics.
- Provide engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Analyze manufacturing process test flows for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
- Support manufacturing operations to achieve production goals.
- Provide support for new product development/continuous improvement projects.
- Ability to operate standard test equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot to electronic component level of failed PCBA.
- Drive Error Free Processing in Manufacturing.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Education/Skills:
- B.S. Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or relevant combination of education and experience.
- Basic understanding of the International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9000.
- Proficient in performing test failure analysis to the component level.
- Must be proficient in various functional test systems, ICT and Flying Probe.
- Familiarity with ACCULOGIC Flying Probe a plus.
- Familiar with functionality of electronic parts such as ICs, Transistors, QFP, and BGA etc.
- Familiar with workmanship defects which can cause test failures.
- Minimum of four (4) years in an electronic contract-manufacturing environment as a Test troubleshooting Technician.

Position Summary
The Production Test team at Rantec is tasked with keeping product flowing from Manufacturing to the customer while catching items that do not meet customer specifications or Rantec standards for quality. It is when product fails a test or fails in operation that the Test Technician steps to the front. As a Test Technician, you will use your extensive skills in power conversion electronics and test processes to determine the cause of the failure and identify any consequential failures that must be corrected.
Rantec employs extensive automated test systems, but not all product can use these, and it takes sophisticated skills to complete these tests accurately and consistently. The Test Technician will perform manual or complex tests on low volume high value product in an efficient manner. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set through formal training and through hands-on experience with other Test Technicians and Electrical Engineers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities , including but, are not limited to the following:
Troubleshoot failed power supplies and components
- Review test reports of failed power supplies
- Use a combination of automated and manual test processes to isolate the problem to a board or module
- Identify the failure whether a bad or incorrect component
- Identify any likely secondary damage
- Document, report, and track failure modes
- Report any trends noticed to the Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams
Conduct high-touch or complex test processes
- Conduct manual tests on legacy or low volume product where there are no automated tests
- Work with Test Engineering on first time run-throughs for new products, test fixtures, or processes
- Provide constructive feedback to Test Engineering on new processes and test documentation
- Conduct incoming material tests for non-standard or complex parts
- Assist the Test Supervisor and Director of Test in scheduling resources
- Provide additional Production Test coverage in times of high demand
- Report to Test Engineering any test systems that are not performing correctly or are providing suspicious results
- Work with other Test Technicians to ensure the Production Test and ESS areas remain clean and organized
- Work with Account Management to organize and prioritize testing of customer returned material
- Provide feedback to Engineering and Test Engineering on the testability of new product designs
- Assist the Test Supervisor in training new Test Technicians
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or different shifts, if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Associates Degree or equivalent in Electronics Technology.
- 3-5 years experience with electronic troubleshooting (board and component level).
- Experience using basic and advanced electronic measurement tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Experience with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to read and complete documented processes independently
- Soldering (IPC J-STD-001 certification) preferred.
- Electronics inspection (IPC A-610 certification) preferred.
Salary: $32.00 Hourly

Position Specific Description
NextEra Energy's Power Generation Division is looking for a Senior Wind Turbine Troubleshooting Support Technician that provides real time technical support of NextEra's wind sites across the US and Canada. This position is located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Executes all critical renewable operations support processes at an advanced level, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting equipment that is off-line and can be reset, troubleshooting support for field personnel, control parameter modifications, and configuration management of wind turbine controls. Ensures control room compliance with all relevant regulatory compliance requirements. Daily execution of procedures and interpretation of trends and drawings. Requires ability to learn and operate new and existing SCADA systems. Position follows a 12-hour rotating shift that requires candidate to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Position also requires occasional overtime.
The Senior Wind Turbine Troubleshooting Support Technician provides expertise in the resetting of equipment and development of troubleshooting instructions to minimize downtime and support field investigations and repair.
Other responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

Work with engineering and technical services to understand root cause of turbine trips and collaborating on ways to eliminate trips
