• This is an onsite position at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL.

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Efficiently plans, produces, edits, and formats legal documents, including correspondence, contracts, memoranda, and reports in a timely manner
• Manage case files and maintain organized records of all documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and evidence.
• Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, document review, and case management.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on employment law.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

As a Psychiatrist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and prescribing medications for behavioral health and psychological disorders. This is an outpatient clinical environment where you will interact directly with patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services to patients


• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management


• Collaborates as a member of multi-disciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans


• Foster excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers

The salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. The selected Physicians will care for babies born prematurely or with complex medical problems in our Level IV NICU where they will have access to the full-range of resources at the nationally recognized Wolfson Children's Hospital.
