We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Clean Team. As part of the Crunch Clean Team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the gym facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our members have a pleasant and safe experience during their workouts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors, wiping down exercise equipment, and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas.
Empty trash receptacles, refill supplies, and ensure that all areas of the gym are well-stocked with cleaning materials and toiletries.
Regularly inspect and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely repairs.
Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and germ-free environment, especially during times of heightened sanitation needs.
Assist with setting up and organizing gym equipment and ensuring that the facility is presentable and welcoming for members.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred, particularly in a fitness or sports environment.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with gym staff and members courteously and professionally.
