The Market Development Manager (MDM) is responsible for building foundational market presence for Generac Solar & Battery Solutions within regional installer networks. This role actively prospects new business opportunities and onboards installers to sell and install Generac Clean Energy products, including PWRmicro, PWRcell 2, and other Generac ecosystem components. The position focuses on pipeline development, relationship building, and territory growth, while staying current on solar industry trends and opportunities
The position is remote in Texas.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**70% - Prospecting & Lead Development**
+ Identify and qualify emerging solar installation companies (1-50 installations annually) using provided lead lists and prospecting tools
+ Conduct initial outreach calls, emails, and discovery conversations with potential installer partners
+ Execute structured prospecting campaigns and follow-up sequences
+ Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and technical presentations with prospects
+ Research prospect companies and key decision makers to personalize outreach efforts
+ Maintain accurate prospect data, activity tracking, and opportunity progression in CRM system
**20% - Relationship Building & Support**
+ Support existing small installer relationships with basic account management activities
+ Coordinate with distribution partners for product availability, pricing, and delivery logistics
+ Facilitate connections between new partners and technical support resources
+ Participate in local trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups
+ Assist senior MDMs with larger account activities and complex sales situations
+ Provide basic product information and competitive positioning to prospects

+ Complete required solar industry training programs and product certifications
+ Study competitive landscape, product positioning, and market dynamics

General Statement of Duties:
The Rehab Market Liaison will work closely with internal/external stakeholders and is responsible for development and maintenance of existing external referral sources. Responsible for execution of external growth strategies as designated by the Market Director as well as contribution of ongoing market strategies for continued business growth.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Promote Methodist Inpatient Rehabilitation products and services by developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships with key customers such as physicians, managed care payer organizations, medical supply companies, healthcare facilities and institutions, prosthetics companies, professional organizations, local employers, and state and local governments.

5. Assist in coordinating the in-take and pre-admission screen process for patients who will be participating in an HCA acute rehabilitation program.
6. Functions as the primary contact for external case managers, physicians and referral sources.
**What qualifications you will need:**

1. Education: Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or certification from an accredited program in a healthcare related field.

Maintains safety, environmental, and infection control procedures for the department.
Helps schedule technologists to ensure appropriate staffing for expected patient volume.
Intervenes with patients to help resolve complaints and issues.
Responsible for supply management.
Takes emergency call within the department.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.

Principal Accountabilities
Performs mammography radiographic exams on patients ensuring compliance with all radiation safety procedures: Prepares patients for exam, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the exam, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the images.
Helps maintain appropriate patient flow and ensures delivery of quality services in the imaging department.
Demonstrates excellent technical skills. Acts as a resource and mentor to staff and less experienced technologists. Introduces and demonstrates new techniques to the other technologists.
Reviews incomplete exam list and unsigned report status routinely.
Functions as a liaison between physicians, technologists and department support staff.
Enters and monitors patient data and health history as its pertinent to the exam being performed.
Performs quality assurance on mammography equipment. Recommends equipment modifications. Identifies and helps to resolve equipment malfunctions. Completes initial and renewal application for ACR and any other accreditation.
Maintains safety, environmental, and infection control procedures for the department.
Helps schedule technologists to ensure appropriate staffing for expected patient volume.
Intervenes with patients to help resolve complaints and issues.
Responsible for supply management.
Takes emergency call within the department.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
