MKR Bartender II
Primary Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, personalizing the service. Prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order of waithelp or customers at the bar (including service from cart). Receive payment, does general cashiering and operate the hotel's POS system to accurately account for all cash, credit card and room charge sales according to established procedures. Maintain and account for a bank. Complete required daily reports and recording of sales. Insure that the bar area is in a clean and orderly condition. May slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks. Serve appetizers such as pickles, cheese, cold meats, nuts, etc. Responsible for inventory and adhering to applicable liquor laws and requesting for proper ID for service and payment. Advise and direct bar porters and waithelp. Responsible for setting up the bar for proper service. May order food from restaurant kitchen or room service as requested by guests. Secure bar and contents at the end of shift.
Essential Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, personalizing the service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely manner according to standards and procedures.
- Present checks and process payments; make charges to credit card or room account following hotel polcies and procedures.
- Accept cash payment from waithelp or guests; maintain a cash bank and follow established cash handling and general cashiering procedures.
- Keep bar and surrounding area clean and orderly.
- Proper and timely preparation of garnishes so as to insure freshness.
- Serve appetizers offered at the bar.
- Open bar and secure the bar and contents at the end of the shift.
- Must provide prompt and friendly service and properly manage the volume of business at any bar.
- Consistently perform tasks as specified on sequence of service standards and SOPs.
- Properly enter all sales into the resort's POS system according to procedures.
- Follow County regulations and hotel policies in serving alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain the par stock inventory for the bar according to business levels; complete requisitions.
- Complete supply requisition and all required reports for the shift.
- Able to answer questions regarding the drinks and make recommendations or suggestions.
- Recognize and appropriately respond to irate patrons; contact hotel manager on potential problems.
- Order food from restaurant or room service as requested by guests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
- Direct bar porters and waithelp.
- Recommend the resort's restaurants and facilities to guests.
Working Conditions:
- Indoors in restaurants or other covered area in the hotel.
- Outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work hours designated by the Beverage Manager/Assistant Beverage Manager/Director of Restaurant & Special Events to cover shifts during hours of operation for designated bar.

Advisians Carbon Capture business is growing rapidly. We are hiring a Carbon Capture subject matter expert to meet this demand and expand our market. The successful candidate will make significant contributions to our bottom line by increasing our win rates, strengthening our offerings, improving our work product, and contributing to growth into new markets. The ideal candidate will also have experience in other areas of decarbonization such as reforming and blue Carbon Capture ammonia.
The Low-Carbon Team focuses on two inter-related offerings and we are organized along these lines, although we share work and resources across the teams as needed:
- Low-Carbon Technology Team focused on the specific application and analysis of the implementation of low-carbon technologies that enable the product of low-carbon fuels and carbon reduction, including:
- Carbon capture
- Low carbon-intensity hydrogen and related products: e.g. ammonia and methanol.

- Support of Carbon Capture sales opportunities; demonstrating expertise while explaining options.
- Active role in marketing and business development for Carbon Capture.
- Participation in growth strategy development in the Carbon Capture Market.
- Training other consultants to execute Carbon Capture projects.
- Serve as a specialist for Carbon Capture across Advisian and the Worley.
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements
- Chemical Engineering degree or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant process engineering and/or operations experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience with Carbon Capture including:

- Familiarity with the commercial and leading-edge Carbon Capture technologies and the trade-offs of each.

We are seeking a travelingProject Manager (Construction) for our federal team. This role is primarily responsible for managing electronic and integrated security system projects (access controls, intrusion detection, video management systems, etc) for U.S. Air Force base projects at various bases across the U.S. Uniquely, this role will begin at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota for approximately 2 years to complete the installation/retrofit of the security systems and also some civil/construction related projects included.

Johnson Controls Federal Systems (JCFS) is a specialized team serving as a trusted partner to the federal government. We help modernize U.S. military installations, Department of Defense and other federal agency facilities to be smarter, more resilient, efficient, sustainable, and secure.
Location: Remote / Virtual with ability to travel extensively. Will primarily support long-term assignments, typically 6 months to a year in duration. Housing is provided by the company near the project site along with daily per diem.
- Primary location will be at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota in Rapid City, SD. (2 years)
Salary Range: $95,000 - $25,000 based on experience (this does not include the daily per diem while at the project site)
Benefits: Eligible for benefits on first day of employment
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation, 3 floating holidays, 5 sick days, and 10 standard holidays per calendar year. (6.5 weeks of paid time off in total)
As aProject Manager, you will:
- Serve as a primary leader on-site for execution on assigned projects. Assists with development of project schedules and executes them according to plan.
- Manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors
- Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts
- Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract.
- Adheres to and ensures project personnel and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards, internal policies, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements regarding health and safety.
- Understand project and contract scopes; actively pursues growth opportunities that will help the customer achieve desired outcomes
- Help prepare and approve cost estimates, contract terms & conditions, and technical responses to client requests for information, bids, and proposals
- Ensures Technicians, subcontractors and other site personnel complete assigned work per established standards, and thoroughly communicate the services performed and completion criteria to customers
- Complete timely and accurate project billing to maintain profitability goals and positive cash flow
- Analyze financial reporting and project schedule to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to leadership as required
- Provide periodic project status updates, and monthly revenue, cost, and gross margin forecasts
- Manage risk, establish project recovery plans, and resolve disputes to minimize escalation
- Ensure project document controls and deliverables comply with contract requirements and Johnson Controls standards
- Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned
- Coordinates customer-training requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Project management experience in the building construction or facilities maintenance industry
- Technical competency and experience working with commercial or industrial Electronic Security Systems (EES) to include evaluation of contractual scope, specification interruption, change order management, basic design, and installation standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project financials (P&L management experience)
- Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Project preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances as needed. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Management experience with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project requirements
- Experience managing civil/constructions projects highly desirable
- Experience managing large projects (in excess of 10 million)
- Experience working with SCIF environments
- Experience reading and interpreting government contracts and government procurement standards
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
Preferred Education
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience
- PgMP, PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred
- Industry Electronic/Integrated Security System certification, licenses, and/or training (Softwarehouse C-cure 9000, Lenel, Bosch BVMS, Vindicator, etc)

As aProject Manager , you will:

- Strong personal computer working capabilities in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic Windows environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
