**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
+ Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

Summary
Department : PCU
Shift Timings : 19:00 - 07:30 Hours. Monday to friday (3 days/12 Hours)
Per Week : 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- BLS and ACLS
- National Institutes of Health (NIH)
- Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

- Requires a minimum of two years of current PCU/Telemetry experience.
