Celerity Staffing is seeking an experienced Liquid Painter (Class A) and a Powder Painter for a growing company! This position is on the 1st shift, located in Oconomowoc and is an excellent opportunity for a career!

Will be responsible for Liquid painting process or the Powder painting process for custom projects/work where precision is extremely important. This is not an industrial painter experience we are looking for but rather someone who can run different catalysts and work with different ratios vs. just top coat. For this position job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
+ Tape/grease ends of chain.
+ Grind the tops of the chains if painted or rusty.
+ Ream out bolt holes if chain was painted.
+ Grind off back of shoes if painted or rusty.
+ Lay shoes on track.
+ Lay out hardware on the shoes.
+ Place bolts into holes and tighten down nuts with impact gun.
+ Torque down all bolts per specifications using the torque machine and/or hand torque wrench.
+ Fill out all paper work for quality control.
+ Roll up and tie/clamp track and then place ID tag on track.

Position Requirements:
+ Must be able to use hand tools, grinders, drills and impact guns.
+ Required to read and understand work orders. Understand orders given by line leaders and management.
+ Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to lift up to 70 LBS.
+ Written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to respond to common inquiries.
+ Ability to communicate information to Supervisors and Managers.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing.
+ Reasoning and problem-solving ability.
**Forklift experience and certification is a plus!**
