- Diagnosing and fixing system malfunctions, from motor-controlled devices to transformers.
- Using your trusty hand and diagnostic tools to test and repair equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area with daily inspections.
- Filling out paperwork accurately and on time.
- Working independently while keeping safety and regulations in mind.
- Communicating any safety or production concerns with the team.
- Cross-training and multitasking across different skills and tasks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Electrician in an industrial environment.
- Journeyman card or Electrical Certification.
- Solid experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) is a plus!
- Experience with equipment like electrical switch gear, motor starters, transformers, and more.
- Skilled in using lifting devices, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- English speaking, reading, and comprehension skills.
- Able to wear all PPE, including steel-toed shoes and safety glasses.
- Capable of working in varying temperatures both inside and outside.
- Strong enough to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable with climbing, crawling, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching as needed.
- Must pass a physical and drug test.

Job Description
- Responsible for preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of all electrical equipment and power and lighting systems in the facility including motors, generators, transformer controls and mechanisms, timing devices, switches, cable and conduits.
- Apply electrical theory and related knowledge to test operation of electrical machinery and electrical control equipment and circuitry.
- Work 480 VAC 3 phase motor control systems.
- Test motor-controlled devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and other electrical equipment and components.
- Diagnose system malfunctions, isolate causes, and correct deficiencies. Dismantles and reassembles equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and diagnose causes of electrical malfunction or failure.
- Use different hand and diagnostic tools for testing and fixing equipment.
- Inspect and perform daily routine housekeeping as necessary to ensure a clean and safe work area.
- Completes assigned paperwork and reporting accurately during and at the end of shift.
- Perform all job duties with minimum supervision.
- Work safely, responsibly and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Is alert to hazards and changing conditions on all mine property.
- Communicate with management any situation that may affect safety of any employee or other issues that affect production or quality of product.

Coordination of Care

- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide behavioral support related to medical appointments, including accompaniment and the collection of relevant health information when needed.
Work Schedule & On-Call Compensation
- Standard Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, on-site
Flexible scheduling available based on caseload and program needs
- On-Call Rotation: Participation required; schedule varies by location/program
On-Call Pay Enhancements
- Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 50 per on-call shift
- Weekends (Sat-Sun): 100 per on-call shift
- Holidays: 150 per on-call shift
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work , Psychology , or Counseling is required. Candidates must hold or be in the process of obtaining one of the following licenses:
- Social Work: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW)
- Psychology: Licensed Psychologist (LP), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP)
