- The SharePoint Developer will support PSA in designing and implementing SPO workspaces for lifecycle records management and workflow automation.

- The Developer will collaborate with the Records Officer and Records Management Specialist to align workflows with agency business processes, and provide user training and documentation.
- They will also maintain awareness of O365 updates relevant to record lifecycle governance and assist in generating reports and dashboards that track compliance and usage.

- User-Centric UI and UX front-end design experience using PowerApps Canvas and responsive forms
- SharePoint online development experience
- Working experience in an Agile Team environment
- Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least three years of such experience
- Experience in HTML, ASP.Net, C# aka (C sharp), JavaScript, XML, Oracle 12c and ASP technologies Platforms

Prepares patient for exams as required and insures patient comfort and modesty always. Performs Computerized Axial Tomography Scan procedures according to department procedure using standard C.A.T. Scan equipment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation to assist physicians in the screening and diagnosis of patient illness and injury for patients of all ages. Performs related tasks such as assisting patients in positioning for correct anatomical exposure, maintaining order and cleanliness of work area and performing routine clerical tasks. Works as technologist and performs duties in other areas and/or modalities as necessary.
I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Provides care for the psychological and physical needs of patients for C.A.T. scans. Prepares patient for exams as required and insures patient comfort and modesty always. Obtains and reviews the requisition for C.A.T. Scan. Properly identifies patients according to the NPSG. Reviews Radiologist imaging protocol, patient questionnaire and medication home list before any procedure is performed.
2. Participates in transfer of patients if needed, positions and instructs patients regarding the procedure to obtain the desired diagnostic image and results.
3. Follows all department established and appropriate policies and procedures as required. Makes changes and adjustments to techniques as required by observance of Radiologist to obtain a high-quality study with the lowest possible dose.
4. Provides protection to unaffected areas of the body from radiation exposure utilizing lead shields in accordance with prescribed safety standards.
5. Performs complex specialized tasks associated with the performance of CAT scans. Sets up and operates CT Scanner for all CT interventional studies, which include biopsies, drainage, aspirations, and spinal injections.
6. Assists Radiologist during procedures as required.
7. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality; collates processed images in sequence and appropriate label. Evaluates CT scans to determine if additional scanning is required. Perform 2 and 3 dimensional reformations of CT scans as per protocol or Radiologist direction. Charge procedures and supplies in department RIS system. Ensures that CT studies, examination requisitions and other related records are properly completed for proper patient identification, statistical and billing purposes.
8. Prepares CT images for reading by Radiologist through PACs. Starts IVs and administers oral and IV contrast as per policy and protocol. Verifies there are no contraindications to the administration of contrast and notifies Radiologist.
9. Orients and trains new CT Technologists and students.
10. Maintain accurate patient records, documents all CT information; including contrast reactions through the occurrence reporting system, radiation dose, and contrast dose.
11. Stocks and cleans scanner rooms, and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
12. Transport patients as needed.
13. Works as Radiographic Technologist and performs duties in other areas and/or modalities as needed. Maintains competence in standard radiologic procedures by rotating into radiology areas as assigned.
14. Reports any hazardous conditions or equipment breakdown immediately to supervisor. Takes defective equipment out of service.
15. Maintains work area in clean and orderly condition and ensures that examination rooms are properly supplied with equipment and materials. Initiates requisitions for supplies as required
16. Understands and practices ALARA principles of Radiation Protection including the use and exchange of personal dosimeters.

License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. ARRT certification in Radiology is required.
2. RTR licensure in Commonwealth Massachusetts is required.
3. CT modality requires a Sub-specialty (CT) certification within 1 year of employment.
4. BLS certification is required.
5. Maintaining all area specific CEUs for ARRT, DPH according to regulation is required.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.

+ Shall turn over any articles found in a court facility or designated facility to the COR and complete a CSO003 within 24 hours after the incident occurs.
+ Keeps supervisors and managers informed of unusual occurrences and important events as detailed in post orders, rules, regulations, guidelines and protocols.
+ Monitors alarms, radio traffic and other information sources. Dispatch or inform others as needed and authorized.
+ Reports and appropriately address fire alarms, burglary alarms, requests for assistance and criminal acts.
+ Stops, screens, inquires, and inspects vehicles and pedestrians entering and / or exiting the facility as directed by post orders, rules, regulations, guidelines and protocols.
+ Properly use equipment issued or available for use.
+ Prevents passage of prohibited articles onto or off client facility.
+ Escorts individuals or vehicles in accordance with post orders, rules, regulations, guidelines and protocols.
+ Maintains all necessary licensing, certifications, training and records for legal employment for the Security Guard position.
+ Uses portable radios, phones or other communication devises appropriately and according to established rules.
+ Monitors all equipment; guard against loss or damage; report any such loss or damage immediately to a supervisor or manager.
+ Performs necessary work regardless of weather conditions.
+ Logs in Property Pass numbers for authorized property/equipment movements.
+ Ensure the security of government property, detaining personnel using the mantrap when needed, and reporting anyone involved with unauthorized property/equipment removal.
+ Conduct regular patrols and inspections of buildings and facilities.
+ Issues required badges or passes to authorized personnel.
+ Monitors electronic access control and report violations.
+ Monitors radio-frequency identification (RFID) systems and respond to alarms indicating unauthorized removal of government property.
+ Grants access to areas during non-working hours to authorized personnel in accordance with the established procedure and access lists.
+ Monitors facility equipment and utility systems and report deficiencies to personnel responsible for repairs.
+ Performs random surveillance of buildings for the detection of unauthorized or inappropriate activity.
+ Performs random surveillance of fence line for breaches and the detection of unauthorized removal of government property, illegal or inappropriate activity.
+ Provides additional security support for scheduled events that may occur during or after duty hours or for unscheduled emergencies as requested by supervisor.
+ Maintains activity logs and administrative documents as required by contract.
+ Contacts, assists, and cooperates with local, state or federal law enforcement; locate, retain and protect necessary evidence; testify as necessary in judicial and administrative proceedings.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Minimum of 3 years of verifiable civilian law enforcement experience OR an equivalent position with the
+ United States Armed Forces (military). The experience must include general arrest authority. All three (3) years shall have occurred within the last seven (7) years.
+ Must have successfully completed or graduated from a certified Federal, state, county, local or military law enforcement training academy or program that provided instruction on the use of police powers in an armed capacity while dealing with the public. The certificate shall be recognized by a Federal, state, county, local or military authority, and provide evidence that an individual is eligible for employment as a law enforcement officer.
+ Must submit to and successfully complete pre-placement screening and evaluation, which includes submission to a criminal background check, financial institutions/credit bureau check, and disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
+ Must be able to pass criminal background screen, drug test and physical exam.
+ Possess a valid, unrestricted (except eyeglass wear) state driver's license.
+ Fluently read, speak, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English.
+ Must be able to meet medical/physical fitness requirements.

The Director oversees the operations of our claims advocacy department, ensuring efficient and effective claims handling and maintaining high standards of service and compliance. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management to achieve organizational goals and maintain financial stewardship. The Director leads a dynamic team of claim professionals that supports our property casualty clients, providing claim consulting services at the time of loss. The Director works in the office and travels to customer locations to review results of the Claim Advocacy services provided by Gregory & Appel and the insurance companies we represent. The Director participates in new business/prospect meetings to assist with Sales and renewals to assist with client retention
Primary Duties
- Day-to-day management of claim advocates serving as technical resource and advisor.
- Design and implement claim advocacy consulting programs to assist clients with reducing their cost of risk; examples include workers' compensation Emod Analysis, claim trending, and OSHA benchmarks.
- Monitor and coach staff service efforts, including new claims reported, claim activities, and claims closed.
- Develop, review, and revise department workflows and procedures for claims management to keep pace with technological advancements, industry changes, new regulations, and E&O compliance.
- Serve as a mentor for Claim Advocates responsible for overseeing the career development plans for each team member.
- Manage the department budget by working closely with the COO & CFO.
- Lead the hiring process for new department staff as needed.
- Serve as Claim Advocate responding to Emergency Claim calls for clients experiencing severe losses outside of normal business hours.
- Serve as a Seminar speaker for clients, industry associations and risk management groups.
- Serve as a claim technical advisor for PC Producers, Commercial Operations, and Personal Lines.
- Assist with the transition of clients to new PC Producers due to turnover of Production staff.
- Participate in prospect meetings to sell the Gregory & Appel Claim Advocacy offerings as part of our overall risk management package and assist with responding to written requests for proposals.
- Promote cross-selling of new business for PC, Group, and Personal Lines.
- Serves as part of the Gregory & Appel Emergency response team responsible for designing, implementing and participating in fire drills, unwanted intruder, severe weather and other emergencies.
Qualifications
Years of Experience :
- Five years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience within an independent agency or insurance company environment is required.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree; or combined equivalent years of education and experience
License, Certification, or Registration:
- Property and casualty insurance license required.
- Insurance designations such as ARM, AIC, CRM, CIC, CPCU are desirable.
Additional Information:
- Previous management experience within an independent agency environment preferred.
- A thorough understanding of commercial property casualty claims handling, insurance coverage and risk control services are required.
- Good organizational, verbal and written communication skills necessary.
- Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality required.
- Basic knowledge of standard accounting practices required.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, express enthusiasm and be flexible desired.
- Previous successful leadership roles desired, either within or outside the insurance environment.
