**Position Summary**
The pilot in command reports to the lead captain regarding company operating policies and procedures. The pilot in command is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with the emphasis on safety, security, and quality. Will exercise pilot in command authority of all flights to which they are assigned and are the final authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating
+ Obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical
+ 4000 hours Total Fixed Wing
+ 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land
+ 2000 hours Pilot-in-Command
+ 1500 hours Turbojet
+ 1500 Turbine time
+ 100 hours Night
+ 75 hours Actual or Simulated Instrument
+ 5 years of aviation experience
+ Must be able to work flexible schedules
+ Willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any restrictions
+ Must have a valid driver's license
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
+ Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
+ Institute all necessary changes as required by en route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules
+ Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standards
+ Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures
+ Responsible for ensuring a thorough and complete understanding with the second in command regarding all aspects of flight
+ Record all aircraft discrepancies as they occur on the aircraft discrepancy log and immediately report these discrepancies to the director of maintenance or their designee as soon as possible. Refer to the approved MEL and as directed by the DOM or his designee determine if the inoperative item can be deferred or needs to be repaired and completes the aircraft discrepancy log as required
+ Determine that the flight crew reports for duty in proper attire and that they are mentally and physically fit for duty
+ Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft
+ Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if they deem necessary or they are instructed to do so by the company management
+ Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMS from a FAA flight service station or other authorized agency
+ File or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state ATC facility
+ Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates
+ Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator {ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable
+ Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command
+ Impart knowledge and skills to the second in command to prepare them to assume the duties of Pilot in Command in an emergency or when the second in command upgrades to pilot in command in that aircraft
+ Complete and send the leg manifest to ops control prior to each departure
+ Complete and send the End of DAY {EOD) report to ops control upon completion of each flight day
+ Responsible for taking an active role supporting the open sharing of information on all safety issues and reporting all safety hazards and concerns
+ Responsible for making an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the chief pilot and director of safety
+ The pilot in command may delegate these duties but not the responsibility for those duties
+ Other duties may be required, as needed

**Position Summary**
The Cabin Attendant attends to comfort and convenience of passengers on board each flight and is responsible for the catering as well as various administrative and training functions while not flying.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High school diploma required
+ 4 years of work experience in a similar role; 2 years of culinary and / or high-end food service experience
+ Must be 21 years of age
+ Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin attendant recurrent training
+ MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Receives guidance from the PIC for day-to-day operations.
+ Report all cabin discrepancies and cabin maintenance issues to pilot in command for documentation
+ Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to ensure aircraft is impeccably clean and properly serviced
+ Conduct preflight check of all cabin equipment prior to each flight
+ On part 91 flights only:
+ Ensure passengers comply with federal regulations during flight activity
+ Brief passengers on the safety features of the aircraft
+ Assist and command the cabin in the event of an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or aircraft evacuation
+ Operate all emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, and automatic external defibrillator
+ Brief and assist passengers with cabin management systems such as entertainment, high speed data systems and phone capabilities
+ Assist passengers with carry-on luggage
+ Assist passengers with seating for adults and children including passengers with disabilities and children who require restraint systems
+ Maintain complete and detailed working knowledge of all service equipment and procedures of the aircraft on which he/she is assigned
+ Maintain neatness and orderliness of cabin at all times
+ Maintain bedding and locker area on assigned aircraft
+ Coordinate and shop for interior items per the Owner’s request
+ Plan and print menus and weather cards
+ Plan, order, shop, prepare, and serve all meals and beverages
+ Develop and maintain standard stock and source vendors for aircraft cabin, lavatory, and galley.
+ Ensure aircraft is prepared to specifications prior to each flight
+ Provide client profiles updates, post-trip reports, catering reports and maintain other required paperwork
+ Create and maintain aircraft specific manual on assigned aircraft
+ Manage expense accounts
+ Attend and maintain currency in all aspects of required training, annual recurrent safety, medical and company Indoc training
+ Other duties may be required, as needed
+ May supervise the work or train contract or part time cabin crewmember

**Position Summary**
The Lead Captain reports to the regional chief pilot regarding company operating policies and procedures. The Lead Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with the emphasis on safety, security and quality. Will exercise pilot in command authority of all flights to which they are assigned and are the final authority for the safe conduct of the flight.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Must possess an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate Aircraft Type Rating
+ Obtain and maintain an FAA First Class Medical
+ 3500 hours Total Fixed Wing
+ 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land
+ 1500 hours Pilot-in-Command
+ 1500 hours Turbojet
+ 500 Turbine time
+ 100 hours Night
+ 75 hours Actual or Simulated Instrument
+ 5 years of aviation experience
+ Must be able to work flexible schedules
+ Willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without any restrictions
+ Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
+ Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
+ Coordinate the aircraft schedule and training with the flight crew and CSR using supplemental crew as needed
+ Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager regarding aircraft servicing, cleaning etc.
+ Ensure assigned crew members submit and review the flight and duty records and all other required records.
+ Ensure the aircraft manuals, Jeppesen charts/EFBs are current and delegate as needed
+ In conjunction with the Manager of Training, coordinate crew member training and check rides based on annual training calendar
+ Coordinate time off and training events with crew members while maintaining maximum aircraft coverage
+ Determine that the flight crew reports for duty in proper attire and that they are mentally and physically fit for duty
+ Mentor and coach crew members to assist in their professional development
+ Conduct annual performance review for assigned crew members
+ Attend Lead Captain meetings
+ Assist Account Director as requested
+ Assist in the hiring of flight crew
**Main Responsibilities Cont.**
+ Institute all necessary changes as required by en route conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules
+ Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standards
+ Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures
+ Responsible for ensuring a thorough and complete understanding with the second in command regarding all aspects of flight
+ Record all aircraft discrepancies as they occur on the aircraft discrepancy log and immediately report these discrepancies to the director of maintenance or their designee as soon as possible. Refer to the approved MEL and as directed by the DOM or his designee determine if the inoperative item can be deferred or needs to be repaired and completes the aircraft discrepancy log as required
+ Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate to include all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft
+ Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if they deem necessary or they are instructed to do so by the company management
+ Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMS from a FAA flight service station or other authorized agency
+ File or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state ATC facility
+ Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates
+ Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator {ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program or private charter standard security program as applicable
+ Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty to the second in command
+ Impart knowledge and skills to the second in command to prepare them to assume the duties of Pilot in Command in an emergency or when the second in command upgrades to pilot in command in that aircraft
+ Complete and send the leg manifest to ops control prior to each departure
+ Complete and send the End of DAY {EOD) report to ops control upon completion of each flight day
+ Responsible for taking an active role supporting the open sharing of information on all safety issues and reporting all safety hazards and concerns
+ Responsible for making an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the chief pilot and director of safety
+ The pilot in command may delegate these duties but not the responsibility for those duties
+ Other duties may be required, as needed
+ Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.

  • Candidates without formal flight attendant training maybe considered based on other qualifications but must attend initial flight attendant training before flight assignment.
  • Preference given to candidates who have completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past 12 months.

Salary
The hourly rate is $18.50 per hour. Additionally, you may be eligible to receive a $.25 increase 30 days from your date of hire and another 0.25 increase 90 days from your date of hire.
