**Primary Location:** United States (US) - Illinois - Milan
As a **Supplementa** **l Warehouse Worker** with John Deere's Parts Distribution Center (located in Milan, IL), you will play a critical role in providing our customers with high-quality John Deere products. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment where attention to quality and a commitment to safety are paramount. Warehouse work at John Deere is physically demanding and you will be expected to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of all work shifts.
Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:
+ Work in a warehouse environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
+ Efficiently pick and sort parts within the warehouse, as well as prepare parts for shipment.
+ Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment.
+ Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
+ Assist and support other team members.
+ Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
Starting Pay: **$20 / hour**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
+ Must have at least one of the following:
+ High School Diploma or G.E.D.
+ National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
+ At least 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse work experience
+ Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift - including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
+ Ability and willingness to work any shift and potential overtime (including Saturdays).

Drivers will make dedicated runs to various locations throughout the Central, Southern and Southeast regions. All drop and hook, no touch freight, with some home time during the week and Home Every Weekend! Monday thru Friday with some Sunday departures from time to time.
