This position will be providing analytical support and working in conjunction with Regencys VP Joint Ventures Portfolio Management to efficiently manage Regencys JV partners and secured lending relationships to a first-class standard.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Assist in the preparation of partner communications, including approval emails, presentations for quarterly Leasing calls and Annual Business Meetings.
  • Assist with preparation, and review of, appraisals as required by various partnership agreements on a quarterly and annual basis, including initial preparation, inputs and assumptions, review, and communication with third party consultants.
  • Provide analytical support to VP Joint Ventures Portfolio Management and other Financial Services members on an ad-hoc basis
  • Assist with the closing of mortgages by reviewing loan documents, collating property-level information and corresponding with third party consultants and internal contacts.
  • Maintenance of the debt management system and internal debt reports.
  • Assist with ongoing mortgage compliance, including Lender lease approvals, SNDAs, review quarterly and annual debt compliance packages as required by our lenders, including various debt calculations.
  • Assist with pulling data and answering questions received from lenders, third parties, and internal teams.

Are You Qualified?

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including knowledge of financial models and formulas
  • Solid foundation in real estate fundamentals
  • Ability to read and comprehend legal documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in real estate
  • Experience with Argus, JD Edwards and Power BI
  • Attention to detail in analysis, documentation, and review
  • Efficient in calculating and utilizing numeric data for reasoning and problem solving

DHL has an opening for a **Joint Ventures Agent** at our CVG Hub in Erlanger, Kentucky. This position will be responsible for all activities involved in cargo operations. This position will process time-sensitive materials for pick-up, transit, and delivery and the sorting, loading, and unloading of cargo shipments. The position moves material with speed and accuracy according to established procedures to meet deadlines for business necessity.
**Key Accountabilities**
· Breaks down station material, including transfer and inbound materials
· Performs sort, load, unload, and other material handling activities in accordance with approved procedures
· Operates computer terminal to communicate with service centers regarding outgoing materials, flight materials, flight numbers, shipping methods, and any unusual activities
· Operates scanner to process all incoming and outgoing shipments
· Successfully completes certification training and maintains currency in the use of all equipment as it relates to the loading, unloading, and material handling equipment, including, not limited to, forklifts, tugs, belt loaders, and cargo loaders
**Skills & Qualifications**
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Previous experience in Ramp/Cargo/Sort Operations preferred
· Performs all of the standard and some specialized, more complex aspects of the function.
· Clean Driving Record
LANGUAGE: Fluent English
LOCATION: Erlanger, KY
TRAVEL: Less than 5%
