+ Work closely with ASC teams, clinical partners and Northwell resources to support operational goals.
+ Lead strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the overall growth and profitability of the ASCs under management.
* Develops leaders and drives programs and initiatives that support and impact the overall Northwell health system goals.
* Develops and articulates a long-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
* Promotes quality and productivity improvements through involvement in the development of improved procedures, process innovations and changes which support the strategic direction of the health system; plans and implements the utilization of information resources to support the strategic direction and operation of the organization.
* Researches, develops and coordinates the implementation of strategic plans, policies and standards to maximize programmatic success while managing program expense.

Job Qualification
* Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
