ARSIEM is looking for a Cross Discipline or Dual Certified Geolocation Operator (Journeyman Operator - Lima (JO-L)) to provide geolocation solutions. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities- Perform 24/7 operational support to the government by conducting real-time geolocation, collection, and search and survey operations.
- Conduct active SIGINT operations.
- Use various tools and databases to create, modify and assess requirements; adjust collection system/access tasking; monitor the status of a collection system/access; monitor dataflow architecture and identify and communicate any problems or discrepancies; provide first-instance troubleshooting; and provide technical/operational guidance to customers.
- Mentor less experienced operators to enhance and reinforce the standards of the BARKINGBADGER Training Program and operational TTPs.
- NSAG Passive Geolocation Certification
- Current Active geolocation certification for two (2) different technologies.
- Global System Mobile (GSM)
- Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)
- CDMA 2000 Evolution – Data Only (EVDO)
- Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers standard 802.11Wireless Fidelity (WiFi)
- Universal Mobile Telecommunications Systems (UMTS)
- Long Term Evolution (LTE 4G) / Next Generation Mobile
- Formal training and/or demonstrated proficiency with current language proficiency testing such as DLPT in one (1) of the following languages:
- Arabic – Levantine (AP)
- Arabic – Yemeni (AU)
- Arabic – IRAQI (DG)
- Arabic – Maghrabi (AM)
- Persian Farsi (PF)
- Pashto (PU)
- Russian
- Chechen
- Somali
Clearance Requirement: This position requires an Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

ARSIEM is looking for a Journeyman Operator - Sierra to provide substantially experienced geolocation and language analysis operations in support of real-world missions. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities- Provide geolocation operations in support of Department of Defense real-world missions
- Willingness to support 24/7/365 operations. Shift work may be required.
- Must hold dual certifications in the following:
- Passive Geolocation Course
- Active certifications in one of the following: GSM, CDMA, UMTS, 802.11, EV-DO or LTE
- Certification in geolocation techniques as supplied via customer training programs.
- Successfully completion of the Junior Basic Operator Course
- Prior military and/or government experience.
- College degree
- Successful completion of any relevant collection certification
- Successful completion of NCS Cryptologic Skills course or military equivalent courses.
