Paralegal Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the role of Paralegal Specialist in our organization. As a Paralegal Specialist, you will provide legal/administrative support in all areas of criminal law, international law, civil/administrative law, contract law and fiscal law.

Job Description:

• Provide paralegal support to unit commanders and the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate.
• Prepare and review legal documents for courts-martial, Article 15 actions and other military justice matters.
• Assist with administrative law matters including line of duty determinations, AR 15-6 investigations and separation board proceedings.
• Support family law cases including power of attorney, wills and separation decrees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 17 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check.

Beacon Hill is actively seeking a Trust and Estates Attorney or Paralegal for a full-time, on-site opportunity with a respected law firm in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and support a busy practice focused on estate planning, probate, and elder law matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trust and estate work, with the ability to manage or assist with all aspects of client matters, including drafting documents, communicating with clients, and supporting court-related processes. This position is suited for a licensed Pennsylvania attorney or an experienced paralegal with a strong background in estate and elder law.

Key responsibilities and qualifications:

• For attorney candidates: must be licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania (New Jersey license is a plus, but not required)

• For paralegal candidates: minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estates law

• 3+ years of relevant experience in estate planning, elder law, probate, or related practice areas required

• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents

• Assist in or manage probate filings, guardianship proceedings, and estate administration tasks

• Ability to work directly with clients and coordinate with financial advisors and other professionals

• Strong communication, organizational, and legal research skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel required

• Experience with Amicus Attorney Case Management Software is a plus

The Claims Professionals will handle Cyber and Professional Liability claims of moderate to high complexity under limited supervision.
