ROLE OVERVIEW
+ Assist in building a best-in-class FP& A and Reporting process by developing, standardizing, maintaining and driving continuous improvement of all financial tools and planning processes
+ Develop deep understanding of the underlying operations and drivers for the budgets. Assist in the annual budgeting process including guidelines, systems and tools, change tracking and review and approval
+ Collaborate with the team regarding system enhancements, and maintenance of Adaptive Insights/Workday, the company's budgeting & forecasting tool
+ Maintain executive leadership reporting
+ Support Management Accounting team for reporting needs
+ Track financial results that will deliver insight and recommendations to our executive leadership for strategic and operational planning decisions

Job Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare loan and lease documents, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness

**What You Will Get To Do:**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Prepare material estimates for proposal submittals by:
+ Understanding customer requirements through RFPs and other requests
+ Collaborating and coordinating with proposal technical teams in developing the material estimating strategy by interfacing with Business Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Program Management, Program Office, and Pricing Organizations
+ Selecting appropriate pricing methods (PO History, vendor quote, etc) for each item included in the proposal
+ Ensuring compliance with Customer and FAR Regulatory Requirements
+ Ensure schedule adherence

About the Role

As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will provide evaluation and support the execution of real estate transaction activities and financial reporting for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.

  • Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.

  • Assist with managing local transaction implementation.

  • Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.

  • Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.

  • Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.

  • Administer quality assurance program, customer satisfaction surveys, key performance indicators, and transaction scorecards.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What Youll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions, financial modeling and reporting are a plus.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
