Job Description
As a Market Research Analyst, you will cleanse, process, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support the generation of insights and strategic recommendations in deliverables for MMIT's market research products to answer business questions for pharmaceutical clients and to contribute to MMIT's goal of smoothing access to therapies. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000to$77,000.It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.

Summary

- Lead research projects from beginning to end, from gathering objectives, proposing the methodologies, overseeing fielding and analysis, and creating actionable reports and implications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially in digital and omni-channel, to support business goals with relevant insights.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to drive a proactive, strategic research agenda, with a focus on digital and omni-channel insights
- Develop and present insight-driven reports tailored to various audiences, combining primary and secondary research.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience in a corporate retail market research/consumer insights role with; supplier-side experience is highly desirable.
- Research Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in both primary and secondary research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative techniques. Preferred experience with: Customer Experience (CX) tracking, including NPS and text analytics and Digital/eCommerce research
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to work with large, raw datasets in Excel to extract insights and summarize customer feedback efficiently.
- Strong qualitative analysis skills, including the ability to synthesize spoken and written open-ended feedback to identify themes and trends.

What will you do?
- Responsible for the collection and review of an assigned portfolio of 10% LIHTC tenant file reviews for existing partnerships during the compliance period and assigning appropriate Compliance risk ratings. May assist in the 100% initial tenant file reviews, if necessary.
- Follow up on non-compliance issues highlighted by the third-party firm and our clients/partners.
- Analyzes, summarizes and reviews data; accurately report findings, interprets results and/or makes recommendations on findings.
- Maintain current knowledge on modifications to the various funding programs utilized for Affordable Housing properties.
- Communicate non-compliance issues to the attention of the Director of Asset Management Operations for corrective actions.
- Responsible for maintaining property files for Compliance on the Community Investments shared server, in addition to entering data into the Asset Management database.
- Assumes special projects as assigned.
- Proactively identify operational risks/ control deficiencies in the business
- Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to your business activities.
- Escalate operational risk loss events, control deficiencies and risks that you identify to your line manager and the relevant risk and control functions on a timely basis.
Must-have
- Associate's Degree in Business, plus a minimum of two years' experience in rent-restricted multifamily asset or property management
- OR -
- Five to seven years' experience in rent-restricted multi-family asset or property management
- Proficiency in MS-Outlook and MS-Office applications

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $60,000 - $75,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
