Job Overview:
We are seeking 5-7 Mid-Level Tableau Developers for an urgent and exciting project with a client based in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and have the ability to work on-site at the client's location in Chicago at least 3 days a week. If not local, candidates must be willing to travel to Chicago for on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports for business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable Tableau visualizations.
- Optimize Tableau reports and dashboards for performance.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient, and scalable development of Tableau solutions.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with the data engineering team to identify data sources and ensure seamless data flow into Tableau.

- Knowledge of Tableau Server and/or Tableau Online for report deployment and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
