Job Description
The Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for:
- Design and implementation of the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) to multiple cloud solutions
- Development and operation of common platform services that can be leveraged by our SaaS solutions moving forward
- Overall reliability and security of these services and the environments they are run in
- Monitoring and support for these platform and infrastructure services
Responsibilities will include:
- Network and security design and implementation of core services used by our Public Safety solutions
- Support cloud platform operations and sovereign operations, including issue troubleshooting and resolution
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust health of critical infrastructure and applications.

However, you are not "just a system administrator", your real passion is software development and you think that Cloud DevOps is an enabler to help increase your ability to deliver with speed and scale. You possess strong fundamental knowledge of computer science, you are able to articulate the benefits and tradeoffs of competing technology choices and approaches. You are comfortable in Test Driven, CI supported, and high quality team based environments. We have a deep passion for application architecture, infrastructure automation, systems and integration design, API and application development.
Requirements
We would like to talk to you if you have two plus years of professional experience with two or more of the following technologies and environments:
Automation: Docker, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc. for building automated deployment processes in a professional environment
Comfortable as a Software Engineer in Python or Java preferred
DevOps: Experience working with linux tuning and administration
Micro-services: deployment and development experience in a professional environment
Cloud Native: Provisioning Azure, AWS, and or Google Cloud environments as well as working with tools like Cloud Foundry and / or Kubernetes
Cloud Integration: Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP and / or Cloud Foundry based services for building container based systems and integration
Database: Experience with RDBMS(Oracle, MySql, PostGres) as well as NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Hbase)
Desired Skills
MicroServices Architecture and Design
Programming: Proficient awareness of multiple programming languages and operating systems
Agile: Experience working in a collaborative Agile Environment
