About the Team
You will be part of a DevOps team responsible for deploying and operating core services. These are for Gateway Platform/Services, Marketplace/Integration, Whiteboard, Zoom Docs, Zoom Apps applications and products. Zoom Apps bring best of breed applications into the Zoom experience for seamless productivity and an engaging experience .
Responsibilities
+ Designing, deploying, monitoring and scaling Zoom Platform services
+ Improving the whole lifecycle of Zoom Platform services from planning to go live strategy
+ Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues
+ Building a resilient and scalable service infrastructure to accommodate region based data centers
+ Optimizing current CI/CD process and streamline automation effort for server provisioning and deployment
+ Being familiar to K8S deployment and management
+ Bringing strong Cloud and Linux/Unix knowledge and hands-on experience
+ Supporting test automation and deployment strategy to optimize service performance and ensure product quality
+ Leading implementation of projects taking ownership of the end-to-end processes.
What we're looking for
+ Hold a BS/BA/MS (CS/CE/EE/IS or related majors)
+ Have 4 years experience on Cloud Based DevOps or SRE
+ Demonstrate knowle dge of AWS serv ices, Linux batch command, ELK stack and container orchestration (i.e. K8s, Docker)
+ Possess hands-on experience on scripting, such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, GO
+ Have the ability to monitor, debug and automate routine tasks
+ Be willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively
