Ensure income and asset documentation meet compliance standards
Run AUS (DO, DU, or LP) and request third-party stipulations as needed
Order and review FHA Case Number, CAIVRS, LDP/GSA, Flood Cert, Title/Tax Cert, Survey
Obtain payoffs, payment histories, VOR/VOM, and subordinations when applicable
Recalculate income to confirm accuracy
Review appraisal and title for property description accuracy and lien clearance
Confirm real estate taxes and hazard insurance are current and sufficient
Collaborate with Post Closing to resolve funding issues
