We are looking for contractor to deliver delivering campaigns across mobile and onsite digital marketing channels to support Consumer credit card. The ability to leverage critical thinking and diligent campaign delivery/execution will be critical to this position.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the creative development to support Refer a Friend and other marketing efforts for consumer credit card
Drive creative development or creative updates through all parts of the campaign lifecycle, working with marketing, creative teams, legal, brand, and product partners.
Support Quality Assurance testing of assets published via the platform, across authenticated channels in desktop and mobile experiences.
Manage Card Marketing campaigns as needed, by partnering with internal teams and external creative agencies to bring efforts to market.
Monitoring key channel performance indicators and portfolio metrics to monitor and report out on digital campaign performance.
Align with direction to support campaign strategy, campaign orchestration, development, and enhancements with partners/stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
2+ year of experience executing marketing campaigns in digital channels, including strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experiences.
QA testing and validation experience across both desktop and mobile channels.
Experience working with creative agencies and/or vendor partners.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign streams at one time and quickly identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely.
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Salary: $22-$25/hour


Deerfield - an exceptional community for older adults located on 125 acres near the Blue Ridge Parkway in South Asheville - is adding the new role of Marketing Assistant to our team. The Marketing Assistant provides professional-level support and exceptional customer service in the development and execution of Deerfields marketing and brand strategy. This role works closely with the marketing team to ensure that initiatives enhance the future resident experience, strengthen brand loyalty, and contribute to reservations revenue. The Marketing Assistant exercises discretion and independent judgment in coordinating projects, developing content, and managing marketing systems to support organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the marketing office, extending warm and professional hospitality in welcoming staff, residents, and future residents to the marketing office
  • Serve as the point of contact for marketing communications and inquiries
  • Screen initial inquirers, provide them with preliminary information about Deerfield, and direct inquiries to team members for follow-up
  • Keep master marketing department calendar of events, closings, tours, and other meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement an annual calendar of events that enhances future resident experiences
  • Manage and update content on future resident platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness
  • Recommend process improvements to strengthen the future resident journey
  • Manage data within the future resident database to provide insights that inform marketing strategies
  • Manage future resident waitlist files and records
  • Process payments, track and record payments, maintain current file of invoices and payments
  • Support leadership in identifying opportunities that contribute to reservations growth
  • Assist in the creation of high-quality content that reflects Deerfields mission and vision across print and digital channels
  • Coordinate production and distribution of newsletters, e-blasts, collateral, annual reports, and other marketing publications
  • Organize, inventory and maintain marketing supplies and materials
  • Serve as primary administrative contact for the Director of Marketing and provide administrative support to marketing team members as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Associates degree; 4-year degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of professional administration experience; nonprofit or senior living experience a plus
  • Strong writing, proofing, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMS, CRM systems, general office equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, and initiative in a professional setting
