+ Drive the successful planning and execution of all product initiatives for the products you own. For each project, you are responsible for managing each step of the product management process directly or through your team to ensure a successful outcome.
+ Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research to inform requirements and design. Through both external investigation and internal collaboration, the information you gather will ensure the products you design exceed user expectations.
+ Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements. Additionally, you will bring a creative eye to our team by working alongside our UX team to design high quality, intuitive products for our end users.
+ Define and project manage the launch of new products to our users. In partnership with our operations teams, you will help train end users and create applicable documentation for your products.
+ Identify and action opportunities for product improvement identified through quantitative measurement and feedback from end users.

**What are we looking for?**

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field
+ Minimum 5 years experience in a product related role
+ Preferred experience:
+ 3+ years healthcare experience
+ 2+ years operating in a Product Manager role (or similar)
+ MA / MBA in any of the above fields
+ Passionate about designing innovative data solutions to rebuild the healthcare industry as it should be
+ Data driven mindset
+ Ability to effectively combine understanding of industry and domain trends with knowledge of our business needs to set a forward-looking product vision for your pod.
+ Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at the most senior levels and act as a bridge between engineering and business leaders to translate complex topics to the domain of your audience and drive strategic decisions
+ Ability to effectively articulate challenging concepts in both written and verbal modalities and tailor your messaging to the appropriate audience to ensure complete understanding

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
