The Role

You will be a full-desk (360) recruiter which means you are responsible for taking ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle from start to finish.

This means you will spend half of your day doing cold outreach and business development to build new client relationships & sell our services to high-level hiring managers at companies external to Harnham that need support in hiring specialized talent for their teams and then spend the other half of the day sourcing and screening qualified candidates for the roles.

You will develop candidate and client relationships through various means such as cold calling, headhunting, networking, etc., and will provide a high level of service and expertise in the market to become their go-to recruiter.

You will be working in a highly productive sales environment and will be expected to consistently hit targets that have been set out for you.

You can expect to face rejection (especially when cold calling) throughout the day as this is a sales role, so you must be able to be resilient and motivated to pick yourself back up and keep pushing forward.

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River. There are five identical process plants. Each process plant consists of one gas pre-treatment unit, one condensate stabilization unit, and four Chart heavy hydrocarbon (HHC) removal and liquefaction groups. The facility will include associated utilities, refrigerant storage, three 235,000m3 full-containment LNG storage tanks, and three marine berths.

  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
