+ Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations and customized marketing materials to showcase our escrow and paying agent capabilities.
+ **Risk Management:** Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**What You'll Bring:**
+ **Experience:** 6-10 years of experience in a sales, business development, or relationship management role, preferably within the financial services or legal industries.
+ **M&A/Private Equity Acumen:** A strong understanding of M&A and private equity transactions, including the role of escrow and paying agent services in facilitating successful deal closings.
