The Role

Junior Marketing Analyst (Hybrid role)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Marketing Analyst to join our team and support client reporting across digital campaigns. This role will focus on analyzing performance data, creating reporting decks, and helping to ensure that our clients clearly understand the impact of their investments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large data sets, has a sharp eye for insights, and enjoys turning numbers into a clear story.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pull, organize, and analyze campaign performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
  • Prepare regular reporting decks and performance recaps for client presentations
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaigns
  • Support the team with ad hoc reporting requests and data-driven insights
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all reports

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, media, or analytics role (internships included)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data visualization (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both internal teams and clients
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (preferred)
