Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative RPA Developer to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, primarily using UiPath . Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a strong plus. - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.

- 2–5 years of professional experience in RPA development.

- Enthusiasm for AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies .
- Broader software development experience (e.g., .NET, C#, VB or Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and web services integration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with metadata management, process modeling, and business analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environment.
- Knowledge of process mining tools and techniques.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.
- Certification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer).
