**Job Title: Stock Control Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Control Specialist responsible for managing and organizing the stockroom. This role involves receiving, repacking, and storing materials, fulfilling work orders, and ensuring the accuracy of shipments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive materials from the Receiving Department and verify items against purchase orders.
+ Repack materials and store them in the appropriate locations after inspection, labeling as needed.
+ Assist with FedEx and UPS shipments, coordinating with the Stockroom Supervisor to meet deadlines.
+ Fulfill work orders by picking required parts using the ERP system.
+ Prepare parts for work orders destined for the Cleanroom, utilizing work instructions and automated machines when required.
+ Conduct weekly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
+ Receive large materials using a pallet jack or forklift and stock them appropriately.
+ Complete work assignments as directed by the Department Supervisor.
+ Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe working environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and material handling.
+ Proficiency with RF scanners and forklifts.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using computers for stockroom processes.
+ Prior experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to perform accurate inventory counts.
+ Ability to work overtime when needed.

Job Description

The Stock Control Coordinator is a key position in the Company and will support and contribute to the goals of profitability, return on investment, inventory turnover and accident prevention. The Stock Control coordinator receives, tracks and delivers in house inventory. Troubleshoots inventory problems such as over receipts, over shipped, inaccuracies, receiving issues/discrepancies while partnering with purchasing, manufacturing and service parts to resolve as circumstances arise. Coordinates and prioritizes tasks to complete work load to supply customer shipments and manufacturing with inventory. Utilize JDE system to complete transactions to receive, manage, locate, track and research inventory discrepancies. May work closely with assembly department adding, updating and changing work orders. Gather orders and distributes to pickers. Researches inventory location of parts when there are issues locating a particular item. Instructs others in proper placement and picking of inventory.

+ Scan signed proof of deliveries (POD's) with copy of packing slip to the Purchasing drive so buyers can review.

+ Must have inventory movement practices.
+ Must be able to embrace change with minimal notice.
+ Must be capable of entering inventory movement and corrections to ensure accuracy.
+ Able to review orders and distribute to pickers to minimize number of warehouse locations visited.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and JDE knowledge a plus.
+ Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to solve problems and must have good record keeping skills.
+ Able to sit for extended periods, 3 to 5 hours daily.
+ Frequent walking in and around plant/manufacturing environment.
+ Must have a valid Driver's License in case a forklift license is needed.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
