Under the supervision of the Teller Supervisor, performs a variety of teller and member services to Credit Union members in conformance with established Credit Union policies, strategies and procedures.
Key Job Requirements:
- Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to the members served by the Credit Union while performing all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and Credit Union policies and procedures.
- Accurately processes a variety of member transactions in accordance with cash handling procedures and policy (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, etc.). Balances cash, work and ensures proper documentation is signed and stamped at end of day.
- Actively cross sells and provides information concerning Credit Union products and services in accordance with Credit Union policies. Promotes Branch business development and seeks to broaden member base. Responds to member inquiries and refers to Member Services for further action as needed.
- Adheres to branch security practices and guidelines (secures workstation, keys, combinations, keycard and member information) and regulatory compliance. Accountable for organizing workstation, inventorying cash/coin, requesting currency and hand counting upon receipt. Keeps abreast of ongoing changes, specific to job knowledge, through the use of comprehension exercises, questionnaires and the GOLD/BVS (Greylock Online Learning and Development) courses.
- Actively participates in all sales campaigns through the use of The Product Knowledge Center and in-branch coaching.
- Uses Greylock's principles of Relationship Decisioning.
- Promotes the Credit Union wherever and whenever possible. Encouraged to actively represent the Credit Union in local civic, community and professional organizations.

Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Six months cash handling experience in a financial or service-related position preferred.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills and attention to detail required.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively process a high volume of transactions.
- Perform as a team player, displaying positive and professional attitude toward members and co-workers.
- Ability to use various types of office equipment; including office software, spread sheet applications, adding machines, cash recyclers (as applicable) and PC proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for a long period of time.

Position Overview:
We are a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our Kellogg Marine team on the 3rd shift: Monday through Thursday, 9 pm until 7 am.

Essential Functions ( :
* Operate forklift or uses hand truck to move, convey or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse and work areas
* Comply with all quality standards and policies
* Maintain a clean and safe work area - this includes cleaning / maintaining equipment and work areas, and performing safety inspections of areas
**Shipping:**
* Accurate picking, packing and shipment of various sized parts to support quick turnaround of parts ordered
* Fill orders by removing the correct parts from the shelf, identifying part numbers and proper quantity.
* Determine method of shipment and packs accordingly
* Count, weigh, measure or examine packaging and contents of items for conformance to company specifications
**Receiving:**
* Receives and unpacks merchandise and supplies and verifies accuracy of deliveries
* Performs general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials
* Confirms proper location of merchandise
* Ensures production area organization and cleanliness
* Stock shelves by placing material in appropriate locations

Required Qualifications:
* Knowledge typically obtained with a high school or equivalent diploma
* Must have dependable attendance and be a team player
* Prior forklift certification or willing to become forklift certified
* Basic computer skills helpful
* Prior warehouse experience a plus!
Working Conditions ( :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, balance and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp and move a variety of materials. Walkways are concrete and/or metal grating. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently. Employee may be exposed to high, precarious places. The warehouse environment can be hot (or cold) and dusty.
The anticipated starting pay for this position is **_$20.75._** The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
