As we rapidly expand our Operations in the USA, we are looking for a dedicated Key User SAP for the warehousing operations to join our team and play a crucial role in the local deployment of SAP.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Key User SAP for the warehousing operations who will be responsible for training and interfacing with our corporate team to ensure a successful SAP implementation at our USA branch. This position is not managerial but requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to engage with various stakeholders across the organization and conduct change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the corporate SAP team to insure a smooth local deployment of SAP S4/HANA
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using SAP tools and functionalities.
- Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of local users.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries and support within the USA branch.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement and communicate these to the corporate team.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related issues that arise during and after implementation.
- Travel overseas (to France) may be required from time to time and specifically will be required for a 6 to 8 week period at the start of the project .
- All other duties as assigned by immediate Management. Duties can be tailored based on the needs of the Department.
Education:
- A two-year (associate) degree minimum is required , ideally in supply chain or general management. A Bachelor degree is preferred.
Your qualifications:
- Functional understanding of SAP as a user , ideally SAP 4/Hana , more specifically eWMS (or WMS) and MM ideally. No technical skills are required .
- Previous experience in SAP roll outs is preferred as well as experience in warehousing or supply chain in general
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, from the local warehousing team to the global SAP project team based in France
- Proven ability to conduct change
- Experience in training or instructional roles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT**
The Regional Controlling CO Key User SAP S4 HANA will take a leading role in the implementation of SAP S4 HANA across multiple locations in ContiTech USA, LLC., and its subsidiaries as well as ContiTech Canada Inc, and its subsidiaries.
+ Become a subject matter expert in their SAP S4 HANA Module.
+ Understand the overall business model of the locations assigned to them (Preparation and Kick off phases).
+ Perform fit-to-template analysis and integration tests with Local CO key user and IT.
+ Identify local needs and work with the Project team and local end-users to address them.
+ Work with LKU's of other SAP modules to ensure all processes interact properly.
+ Interact with subject matter experts and with plant controllers to ensure functionality of specific processes.
+ Train local end-users, first level of support to address end-user questions and concerns.
+ Support plants during hyper-care phase after go-live.
+ Identify, document, and socialize lessons learned after each implementation.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
+ Experience and/or knowledge in accounting / controlling, with exposure to different areas.
+ Strong experience in SAP CO (R3 or S4).
+ Highly organized, multi-tasker, self-starter, problem-solver, able to work independently, fast learner, process oriented, able to work productively with others and communicate effectively.
+ Able to travel 50% of the time as needed to support the project.
+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
**ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT**
+ Familiarity with the Continental FRM and with FIRE are highly desired.
+ Some experience in SAP FI and high-level understanding of other SAP modules are a plus.
