(Hybrid flexibility) Responsibilities The Document Controls Specialist (Expeditor) is primarily responsible for facilitating the receipt of supplier engineering deliverables and equipment delivery per the contract schedule. Build working relationships with suppliers, responsible engineers and Kiewit Supply Network through communication and coordination. Provide status reporting and tracking to both supplier and engineering. Responsible for managing internal and external distribution of supplier documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows. Other duties include updating and maintaining engineering document management systems; updating and maintaining various distribution matrices and document trackers for engineering records; and following processes and standards to ensure adherence to project requirements.
