We are conducting a search for a proficient Legal Assistant to support a team of Immigration Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a strong background in immigration law preferred.

This role requires adeptness in legal secretarial duties, office practices, and exceptional organizational skills such as scheduling hearings, preparing legal documents and correspondence, docketing cases and maintaining court dockets and diaries, and providing information and direction to others.

What You'll Do:

  • Transcribe, format, input, edit, retrieve, copy, and transmit text and data, while efficiently coordinating case preparation.
