Area Office Administrator I
Summary:
This position provides administrative support, enabling the Young Life field ministry area office to function an organized and efficient manner.

Essential Duties:

Written and Verbal Communication

Answer correspondence, do filing and prepare mailings.

Answer phones.

Respond to voicemail, e-mail and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

Gather articles, pictures, layout, production, mail, etc. for newsletter from area staff.

Create club/event postcards, flyers, and/or maps.

Send prayer e-mails and monthly updates.

Send personal support mailings.

Create and maintain area M-Site.

Send thank-you letters to donors.

Interact with area office assistant, area directors, area committee, volunteer team leaders and leaders with area.

Administration

Process and track donations.

Maintain donor and leader databases, ensuring that leader forms, driver questionnaires and criminal background checks are up-to-date.

Manage monthly expenses and budgets, including area bank account records, FDT, area and staff expense reports.

Accounting: pay bills, submit bank account records/purchase card expenses and donations and make copies, evaluate financial monthly status and update FDT each month.

5.Maintain contact databases including the following:

Update area donor database on a regular basis.

Enter club card data into kid database.

Update parent database.

Maintain newsletter recipient list.

Create and maintain banquet invitation list.

Update contact in Palm/Outlook.

Update e-mail distribution lists: club kids, campaigners, committee, leaders and prayer partners.

6.Human Resource for Regional Administrators

Track and report vacation, sick and personal days for eligible area staff.

Submit timesheets for hourly staff.

Complete Personnel Action Requests and required documents to hire or terminate area staff and forward to region for approval.

C.Event Administration
1.Coordinate area meetings, including:

Area Staff Meetings

Area leadership meetings

Area committee meetings

2.Camp

Track participation, payments, health forms and how much each kid has earned in fundraisers.

Send letters to parents about camp sign-ups, itineraries and health forms.

Responsible for fundraiser marketing.

Construct and distribute camp brochures.

Communicate with camp regarding camp contracts, R2 deposits, A-forms, housing request forms and 10-day call-ins.

3.Banquet/Golf Marathon/Auction

Create invitations, banquet sponsor packet, table host packet, banquet program and donor cards.

Track guest list, table sponsors, RSVP list and donations received from banquet.

Coordinate with table hosts about their invitation lists.

Mail invitations.

Send thank you notes to banquet donors.

Track table sponsors.

D.Training
Provide training to area office assistant, area directors, area committee, volunteer team leaders and leaders with various items, processes and applications related to field administration.

**What you'll do:**
The Delivery Executive (DE) provides effective project / program oversight for one or more Value or Strategic accounts. The DE is responsible for ensuring that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post go-live. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for working collaboratively with our Services Account Executive and our License Account Executive in positioning additional SAP Services in support of the success of the customer.
In this position, the Delivery Executive:
+ Will demonstrate strong Executive presence and ability to manage Board (CxO) level relationships.
+ Assists the SAP license sales team in the closing of any software deals by providing oversight to the implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple SAP LOBs and partners as required.
+ Builds credibility / trust with Strategic & Value Account customers.
+ During implementations, manage overall services relationship between customer, partners and SAP to ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction through billable consulting.
+ Works with SAP Sales Account Executives to apply consulting Delivery experience to validate proposals, build viable commercial plans and provide experience led guidance to the Services pursuit teams.
+ Responsible for analyzing and executing on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals at a strategic level
+ Responsible for developing and managing contracts that clearly articulate engagement scope, obligations, and commercial constructs.
**What you bring:**
+ 10-15 years of SAP services sales and services delivery experience including services management experience. Major (SI) Systems Integrator experience preferred. PMP certification preferred.
+ SAP implementation leadership experience required, preferably with significant experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry sector.
+ Exposure and experience with RISE with SAP; RISE with SAP Methodology; SAP Clean Core practices; and SAP Toolchain (LeanIX; Signavio; Tricentis; BTP; WalkMe; CALM) are very desirable.
+ Recent experience in planning, managing and delivering SAP system Greenfield; Brownfield; and Selective Data; migrations for large complex customers.
+ Track record of achieving revenue and margin goals while managing multiple client projects of meaningful scope and duration.
+ Proven ability to build trusted relationships at the client executive level.
+ Experience leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams including oversight of projects where a significant percentage of work is delivered from an offshore delivery team is highly desirable.
+ Ability to effectively manage and resolve client escalations.
+ Demonstrated leadership by example in managing teams and clients.
+ Prior experience leading SAP implementation teams is strongly preferred. Knowledge and use of SAP Activate (or an SI variant methodology); Knowledge and experience of Agile principles also an advantage.
+ Experience in the Aerospeace and Defense Industry required. Additional specific experience with any of the following: SAP S/4 HANA (Finance; Supply Chain; Discrete Manufacturing; PEO; CAMS); or Spend Management; is highly desirable.
+ Bachelor's degree is required, Master's degree preferred
+ Ability and willingness to commit to Regional travel across all of North America; up to 80% may be required.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 6+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

AWS Engagement Managers seek to understand our customers' needs, their missions, how success is defined, and ensure that we are exceeding expectations in developing and delivering solutions. As an Engagement Manager, you will collaborate across roles to understand a customer's mission objectives and define project goals. You will lead peers, small teams, or groups of teams made up of AWS members, customer Stakeholders/SMEs, and potentially other vendors to create and execute a plan to achieve project goals by understanding AWS technologies, best practices, as well as the client environment. Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of customer-facing, large scale implementation across multiple cross-functional teams.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT projects, at least 3 years of which followed documented methodologies such as Agile, and used project management tool sets (Confluence, Jira, RallyDev, VersionOne, Taiga, etc) and source code management products.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience implementing cloud technologies.
* Experience in managing project financials, revenue forecasts and contracts.
Preferred Qualifications
* Has at least two active project management certifications (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2).
* Shareable experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 10+ resources, 12+ months, or $500k+ in contract value.
* Experience building artifacts to support external and internal stakeholders to resolve blockers.
* Has presented to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.) as well as to technical subject matter experts.
* Experience in consulting professional services.
