**In this position.**
Subject matter expert and business owner for all global digital asset production, process, tools and technology. Drive transformation from the center, focused on finding ways to create high quality digital assets more efficiently in support of creative content business owners in the regions and business units.
**What you'll do.**
+ Identify, incubate, implement and scale production transformation initiatives, exploring new opportunities in new spaces, partnering with agencies and marketing content leads. (examples: AI content creation or virtual production).
+ Coordination and development of the production of common assets for global marketing team usage.
+ Global marketing single point of contact for the newly insourced product data model team.
+ Scale and optimize Universal Asset Strategy and Universal Asset Platform (launched in 2024) to drive efficiencies globally.
+ Identify existing global production efficiency and optimization opportunities to be shared and leveraged in each market.
+ Help implement and scale Product Data Model (PDM) insourcing-ensuring high quality execution from a marketing perspective.
+ Explore ways to leverage in-house capability to explore further opportunities such as digital twin development and delivering build and price rendering.
+ Central marketing business owner of the GEAR/DAM tool, partnering with IT, marketing and agency partners to drive cost efficiency through re-use of assets.
+ Central marketing point of contact core DAM lifecycle management by overseeing asset ingest, curation of data, maintaining the system and stretch to find system enhancements/optimizations.
+ Support for all other production and content management initiatives as needed.

+ Experience managing agency relationships and working with teams across multiple regions.
+ Experience in working with advertising, digital and/or marketing communications agencies, ideally with knowledge of best practices in production and agency relationships.

Role ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and procure digital assets , including GIS datasets, mapping licenses, SaaS tools, cloud storage, APIs, blockchain-based data services, and licensed imagery to support engineering and field operations.
Procure and manage cryptocurrency-funded services , smart-contract-based APIs, and decentralized mapping data platforms (e.g., Helium, FOAM, or similar Web3 networks).
Manage vendor selection and relationships : run RFPs/RFIs, negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, licensing agreements (including token-based or crypto-native models), and reduce cost and operational risk.
Oversee purchase-to-pay processes : create POs, manage renewals, enforce compliance (including for smart contracts and on-chain licenses), and coordinate with finance and legal—ensuring traceability of crypto transactions as needed.
Implement and maintain digital asset governance : apply metadata standards, tagging, access controls, and asset lifecycle processes across both traditional and blockchain-based systems.
Track spend and usage analytics , including fiat and cryptocurrency expenditures, to optimize toolsets, reduce redundancy, and inform forecasting and budgeting.
Collaborate with GIS, engineering, IT security, and project managers to align technical requirements and ensure all digital assets—whether centralized or decentralized—meet performance, legal, and security standards.
Must-Have
3+ years of procurement experience in digital assets, software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, or data sourcing within a technical or engineering environment.
Experience negotiating and managing contracts, SLAs, and licensing agreements—including exposure to blockchain- or token-based service models.
Proficiency with ERP/procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba); experience reconciling crypto payments is a plus.
Strong understanding of GIS data formats, imagery licensing, Lidar/point-cloud data , and emerging decentralized data systems.
