As a Research Lab Tech, you will perform laboratory procedures such as blood harvesting and urine monitoring according to protocol as assigned. You will be responsible for working with coordinators to assure the smooth and orderly flow of procedures in the Clinics, Lab and Urine Monitoring areas.
**A day in the Life:**
+ Collects and harvest plasma, serum, and all other required laboratory specimens according to protocol specifications.
+ Monitors the collection of urine and/or fecal specimens from subjects participating in studies.
+ Completes all required study documents and might need to be trained on special equipment per protocol.
+ Assures that all procedures and processing areas are maintained in a neat, clean, and organized manner.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
