The Stuckeman School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture shop seeks to hire numerous students throughout the academic year, for part-time positions. These positions will assist the general shop full-time staff.
Required Experience:
Operating shop machinery such as:
Table Saws
- Band Saws
- Miter Saws
- Drill Presses
- Sanders
- Thorough knowledge of shop safety practices and ability to communicate with others.
Primary Duties Include: - Cleanup and emptying of dust collection bins
- Light machine maintenance with cleaning and waxing machine tables
- Assisting others with machine usage
- Designing and/or building small projects in the Stuckeman Building
