**What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health:**
Performance Monitoring is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reviewing customer contact quality.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Evaluate calls and cases to assess performance based on a standard set of criteria, providing constructive feedback and recognition to employees to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
+ Accurately score transactions to gauge employee's quality performance based on organizational and departmental policies and requirements.
+ Monitor and evaluate team performance, whether voice or non-voice, of assigned entity and team, ensuring adherence to company quality standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
+ Track and report any trends from the customer experience that can be improved or celebrated.
+ Analyze and provide weekly & monthly trend analysis to leadership.
+ Provide support to leadership by participating in and hosting internal/external client calibration sessions.
+ Engage in and lead projects to promote quality enhancements and/or broaden services for the team.
+ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality systems and methodologies as well as knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and operating procedures.
+ Conduct investigations/root cause analysis and formulate corrective action recommendations.
+ Show an understanding of the program requirements and be capable of conducting gap assessments based on those requirements.
+ Uphold quality standards that adhere to company, regulatory, and HIPAA policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate across various functions, interpret requirements, educate and influence others regarding those requirements.
+ Identify training needs or potential disciplinary actions which will be reported to leadership.

**Qualifications:**
+ HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred. Diploma or degree in relevant field desirable.
+ 3+ years' call quality audit experience strongly preferred.
+ 3+ years' experience in a patient support program or hub field would be an asset.
+ Adverse Event reporting and reconciliation experience strongly preferred.
+ Data collection and trend reporting experience is essential for this role.
+ Proficiency in MS Office applications required - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ High regard for superior quality of service.
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
+ Experience handling tasks where attention to detail is critical to success.
+ Bilingual Spanish would be an asset.

As a Lease Comp Quality Control Analyst at CoStar Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of lease comparables (lease comps) data that have been analyzed and abstracted by our Lease Comp Research Associates. Additionally, this role will assist with training and providing valuable feedback for the development of the Lease Comp Research Associates Team. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of lease terms and real estate practices, exceptional attention to detail, strong reading comprehension, and a proven ability to teach and guide the ongoing learning and development of team members.
This position is in office Monday through Friday.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Audit lease comps abstracted by the Lease Comp Research Associates to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
+ Cross-reference lease abstract details with original lease documents and other supporting materials to ensure correct interpretation and data entry.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders as needed to determine best practices for capturing data for edge cases and ambiguities in lease language.
+ Provide constructive feedback to analysts to promote continued learning and professional development
+ Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Lease Comp Auditor and Lease Comp Managers to create and enhance training processes and professional development initiatives.
+ Assist in identifying and refining quality assurance processes, tools, and workflows.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
+ 2 years of relevant work experience in lease administration, lease abstraction or review of similar legal documents.

Primary Duties: Repair Verification

+ Be directly responsible for the quality of CoStar's lease comps data.

**Basic Qualifications** :

- Establish and oversee quality control procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Design and conduct quality audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

- 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a significant focus on manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
- In-depth knowledge and practical application of IATF 16949 standards.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and CAPA.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and metrology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

**What you'll do**
+ Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
+ Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards
+ Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
+ Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
+ Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results
+ Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management
