Overview:

A well-established concrete contractor is hiring 2 General Laborers to support concrete and masonry projects across the Stillwater area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering consistent year-round work, competitive pay, and growth potential.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Worksites within a 1-hour radius of Stillwater

• PPE provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing

• Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces (floors, sidewalks, curbs)

• Align forms, patch voids, and cut expansion joints

• Support masonry tasks: laying bricks, stones, and blocks

• Mix and apply mortar and grout

• Perform basic concrete testing in field and plant

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Manage materials and stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete, masonry, construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred (not required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Proficient with hand and power tools

• Able to read basic blueprints and follow instructions

• Must have reliable transportation

• Willingness to perform a variety of concrete and masonry tasks
