We are currently seeking a Laminating Machine Operator to join our Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lamination machinery to ensure the production of high-quality laminated products that meet customer specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor laminating machines for optimal performance and product quality.
- Inspect materials before and after lamination to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Load and unload rolls of film, paper, or other substrates.
- Track and manage inventory of lamination supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; report major equipment issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate production records including machine settings, output data, and quality checks.
- Identify and suggest improvements in lamination processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete other assignments as needed to support production goals.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of lamination techniques types and techniques (familiarity with various films helpful--gloss, matte, soft touch, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and production orders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating lamination or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.

We're seeking team members who enjoy machine operations and an industrial setting. Do you love working with your hands? We're hiring and excited to meet you! We are seeking operators for our saws, bending machines and other production equipment to help us start up our new plant.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to operating saws, benders, and other production equipment to meet customer requirements as specified by work order, blueprints and diagrams of the part. More experienced operators may perform independent setup following orientation and initial training.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Others as assigned.
- May set up tools, dies and equipment, and make adjustments in dies and equipment used in producing product.
- Use computer software to produce tickets and labels.
- Operate equipment using efficient procedures to ensure meeting production standards and uses the necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards are met.
- Keep all required records and maintain a clean work area.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of dies and equipment as well as any other jobs to which he/she may be assigned.
- May require assistance of a lead person to make necessary adjustments to dies, machinery and equipment.
- Perform the following processes: press set-ups and operation, buffing, packing, bending, deburring, sawing, sorting, reworking, helping other operators, operating of fork lift and/or cranes, loading and unloading parts from lines or machines
Open Shifts: We seek candidates for 1st Shift
1st shift: 6:00AM – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday
Earning potential: Starting at $20.50/hr. and goes up to $3.25/hr. (3 yr rate) plus shift premium when applicable. Secondary II starts at 21.50/hr. and goes up to 24.25/hr. (3 yr rate)
Qualifications
- One-to-three months related experience, including: manufacturing or similar environment as parts loader/unloader, machine operator and/or part inspector.
- Computer Skills are required - to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software and ability to learn how to new programs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 regularly and 75 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to work shift assigned and overtime as needed.
Preferred experience also includes c onsistent experience in manufacturing performing machine set-up, part inspections and blueprint reading.

- Independent, safe, responsible operation of all the equipment necessary for the production of super-abrasives and related products within specified work assignment.
- Operate automated machinery, lathes, mills, furnaces, wire EDMs, and robotic equipment.
- Perform hand assemblies of product, blends, sieved material, and other as required.
- Operate and interpret results from measuring tools, gauges, scales, microscopes, go/no go gauges, CMM and visual standards.
- Perform minor tooling changes, setup and troubleshooting on production equipment. Assist area experts in completing higher difficulty tooling setup, changeovers and troubleshooting.
