We are looking for a Project Manager – Landscape Architect to join our team in Naples, FL. This role has been created due to two team members relocating out of state.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

The Landscape Architecture team works on a variety of project types including design of master-planned residential communities and amenities, public parks & trails, commercial developments, urban renewal & streetscapes, and transportation projects. The Registered Landscape Architect manages multiple projects simultaneously from design concept to construction administration, including technical aspects that are inherent to successful projects.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Confer with clients, engineers, and other consultants to develop clear project goals, deadlines, budgets, and expectations.
- Develop project themes and participate in team charrettes.
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures.
- Prepare detailed construction documents including but not limited to site plans, construction details, specifications, cost estimates, bid proposals.
- Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (AutoCAD) software, 3-D modeling (SketchUp, Lumion), and hand rendered graphics.
- Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs including plants, paving, fencing, signage, furnishings, irrigation, etc.

- Ability to prepare detailed proposals including the preparation of project scopes of work, fee calculations, deliverables, and project scheduling.
- May be a direct point of contact for clients including but not limited to Municipal Utility District Boards, Residential or Commercial Developers, as well as City, County, or State governmental agencies, and will attend a variety of public and private meetings.
- Responsible for relaying project goals and objectives to landscape design team, and other internal disciplines as needed in order to meet and exceed client expectations, and to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Education, certification and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture.

- Registered Landscape Architect in the State of Texas preferred.
- Licensed Irrigator desired.

- Prepare landscape plans, specifications, and cost estimates utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, meeting project deadlines and municipal ordinances. Physical Demands

Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position, with an expectation to work 40 hours per week. BHB offers flexible scheduling options, including five 8-hour days or four 9-hour days with a half day on Friday morning. While the start and end times of the workday can be adjusted, employees are expected to establish and maintain a consistent schedule which must encompass the core business hours of 9am – 4pm. Although overtime is not required, it is requested at times to meet our clients’ needs.

This role reports to the Manager of the Project Design Support Team.
**Responsibilities / You Will**
+ Deliver area development (hardscape, grading, planting, irrigation) across Walt Disney World through all phases-from concept and schematic design to construction documentation.
+ Assess project sites via field verification, research, and analysis; prepare area development base information and existing conditions.
+ Integrate designs with allied disciplines (infrastructure, architecture, grading/drainage, lighting, graphics, structural, horticulture, irrigation) to achieve area development intent and show quality.
+ Develop design packages and technical documents (base sheets, hardscape, planting, irrigation, materials schedules, specifications), using industry‑standard digital tools.
+ Update master plans related to irrigation and hardscape at Walt Disney World.
+ Design festival elements, such as garden displays and kiosk layouts, in alignment with creative direction and operational needs.

Insight Global is seeking a Landscape Architect to support one of our largest clients in the College Park, MD area supporting a variety of projects within Landscape Design & Architecture, The ideal candidate must possess knowledge in the areas of master planning, project planning, site analysis, and conceptual and detailed design, scope and budget determination. They must also have demonstrated experience with conventional hand drawing/sketching and drafting skills. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of environmental issues, including general familiarity with State of Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) and Department of Natural Resources (DNR); such as an understanding and applicability of:
- the Environmental Site Design (ESD) requirements and technologies;
- storm water management and bio-retention planning: and
- the Maryland DNR Forest Conservation Act, including afforestation and reforestation
issues related to landscape projects

- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience - LEED Certification
- Experience that includes college/university/institutional projects or projects in the public realm.
