**Purpose**
+ Provide support, perform legal and business research, and assist attorneys in the Legal Department. The candidate will be an articulate, proactive and reliable person with excellent communication skills. Exceptional grammar, spelling and proofreading skills are a must. **Responsibilities**
+ Provide corporate legal support to resolve complex contract and transactional matters by organizing, reviewing and preparing documents and maintaining relevant files.
+ Review, draft, negotiate and revise various contracts, which may include, commercial sales, licensing, confidentiality, supply chain, professional services and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal and company standards, and flagging potential risks.
+ Research and summarize contractual terms and conditions, statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, treaties, executive orders and legal codes.
+ Identify and discuss risks and advise company personnel on actions to address and mitigate such.
+ Schedule and coordinate meetings.
+ Handle and organize confidential and/or sensitive company information.
+ Interact with internal and external customers to resolve routine legal issues.

Minimum
+ Two-year degree and paralegal certificate
+ 5 years' experience: contract law support

**Compensation Details:** The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $64,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
