**Responsibilities:**
- Gathering and Evaluating User Requirements: Working with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and objectives.
- Illustrating Design Ideas: Using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize concepts.
- Designing Graphic User Interface Elements: Creating menus, tabs, widgets, and other UI components.

- Experience in standardizing processes and participating in leadership meetings - Experience in Digital Design Tools, including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Designing UI Elements for Transformation Products
- Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert and the go-to person across the organization
