ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for our apartment buildings.
- Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Develop retargeting strategies to engage potential renters who have visited our sites.
- Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.
